Worst support - Need help from customer care
Hi,
I am not all happy about the tradesafer.com and I have invested money and no returns yet. They always call for deposits and when time comes for withdrawals, no body will respond.
Very bad experience with the people. 4 people calls me for deposits, but when I tried for withdrawals, nobody responds.
I don't want to write the name of the persons.
such a big company and not expected this.
If someone can provide customer service to call them Australia. Would be appreciated.

I've been using Trade Safer for a while now and I have to say, it's been a fantastic experience. Their spreads are competitive and their slippage is minimal. I've tried other brokers before but none compare to TradeSafer. Keep up the great work!
