Support is non-existent, only an AI chat bot. I've been so frustrated after signing up going on 2 weeks ago. Can't figure out how to set up a simple buy/sell trade. Joined Discord but the Mod could not provide any real help. I Read the Docs, watched the Videos but the set up has changed. Just wish i could pay someone to help me figure this out! So frustrated

to make a long long story short. STAY FAR AWAY AWAY AWAY from them. THEIR free 7 days trial software DOES not work correctly. THEY give me money when i trade and take it away at the same time. SO until they resolve t his STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM.

there seem very legit, the problem am having is there respond to your message every 3 hours, or even later, i try let they give me a respond sooner to fix some issues and they couldnt provide that,if am working all day and i want someone to value me and my time and my value for the dollar,no matter the amount, i would prefer way better customer responds, and dont treat my respond as a next subscribtion to success, there website is trait forward when it comes to letting someone sub or get access to there site, but if this is the respond i get in latency then you value your time, but am just another stranger coming to subscribe, if they hire a customer service personel, that can respond in time ,it would be awsome. and anyone knows that time is the most valuable asset,and to be a busness owner and dont recognize that.

After months of trying different services I pulled the trigger on TradersPost and it’s the best $50/month I’ve spent. I’m running a simple options strategy and my orders go through extremely quickly. The platform is very intuitive and customizable. Good work team!

Great that this is possible to do now with such simplicity. Still testing. The paper trading needs some work as I can't get it to work properly. Seems there is a problem with limit orders of any kind pre-market, and while trading regular hours, I have to be purchasing under the current price in order to place a buy limit. The strategy tester needs some improvement as well to be more accurate when testing complex strategies. Hopefully the speed is there and there is minimal slippage when testing live.

First off, the free trial is not 3 months but 7 days, and they count weekends when most markets are off. Second, I can't seem to find any human to ask questions of and I'm not going to commit to spending $90 a month without having some issues addressed. For instance, I need help figuring out how I can create alerts from my Trading View strategy that sends webhooks specifically to track trailing stops; the default trailing stops on Traders Post are in percentages or dollars, and I'm having difficulty even getting these to work. Waiting for a reply or contact info.

i would really love if they have it in binance. will remove review once they have binance

I am using TradersPost for the purpose of having a webhook connection to place trades with my broker. It has worked exactly like intended since I began. There was a learning process to get the webhook going but only about an hour. With help from the documentation tab, I was trading quickly. So far well worth the money !

Started using this only from last few weeks. I like the returns, that too with little/no time and effort invested. With great Transparency. Received quick support whenever needed.

Best platform for algorythmic trading. Traderspost takes the struggle out of having to code API's to each broker and having consolidated subscriptions with extra rulesets based on the subscription preferences makes this top dog from all other platforms used. Easily integrate signals from any webhook such as python, tradingview, trendspider, etc.. Customer service is fast and always on the spot although honestly there have really been no issues and has been a very stable and reliable platform. I'd be in a coding zoo mess without this as well as no ability to indirectly share my algos in realtime.

I have seen excellent performance along with every convenience feature I can imagine. The records are detailed and complete, providing for benchmark standards and audits. Being server-based, this removes any dependency on my local hardware, plus it provides for access from any location. I plan to continue growing my use of TradersPost as they expand their support for more brokers.

Good documentation, growing discord community and great support and one on one interactive sessions. Looking to expand my usage

The simplicity with which traderspost.io allows you to operate is amazing. It is an understatement if I say this saved me 100s of hours of work, which I was planning to put in myself to build something like this. It is worth much more than the subscription cost. Great work.

Very easy to use, has every setting you need. And it handles futures! Excellent documentation and good support.

There is nothing out there like this. As an options trader this is a valuable tool. The CEO himself has answered all my questions very swift and promptly. You wont find that kind of help anywhere else. The platform is very unique and easy to use.

Super amazing software that will take the trades for you and make you money, no emotions involved: printing money for you. I was losing money when I was not using a robot. With this robot I have fixed risk so I would never hold a trade if it goes against me. I can put several trades at the same time and don't have to watch them. It works for me. Fabulous customer support is better than Amazon, you can ask any questions and get all the answers in almost no time. It has been a year and a half since I've started using this software and they are always adding new futures, now I can trade futures and options. Have your best trading set up in place with your risk rewards and you are set to make money. Highly recommend it, especially that it works with TDAmeritrade that I've been using as my broker.

This product is so on point. I used to have to be glued to my computer watching charts all day until I started using this. Well done you all. Tools like this make this tough market we are in feel a little better honestly.

TradersPost is a great software to automate your trading strategy. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. The best part is you're able to join a community of like-minded individuals.

I love it. Good enough time for trial and It's really work for me.
