Unfortunately this kit is not an off-the-shelf item and has to come from a central European hub - hence the lead time.

Great service and friendly staff - but lacking in other areas.
Website was easy to navigate and email / phone communication was very good.
I originally went online and ordered a Grundfos pump that showed as in stock on their website only to get an email the Dane to day. after I had paid for & ordered the pump I wanted to say that they don’t actually have it in stock (even though it showed in stock on their website) & it would take 6-10 weeks to get it from their supplier. I had to order an alternative pump from them which costed about 30% more.
Delivery was fast but packaging was not efficient to say the least. The external packaging box was about 10x bigger than the internal box containing the actual pump. When we saw the delivery arrived we were worried they sent us the wrong item because the box was so huge!
