From the start of ordering my oak gazebo to it being delivered I was kept informed at each stage. It was no hassle when I needed specific alterations made for where the gazebo was to sit. It arrived early in the morning and put up to roof level that same day , with clear instructions , by two novice men. We are thrilled with the outcome It looks really good as though it has always been there.

Great product and great company to deal with. Everything went as described & the finished garage looks superb. And it was finished 4 weeks ahead of schedule.

From the moment we made contact with Trade Oak we were given personal service by Paul who visited on site, gave advice and then sent a surveyor to ensure everything went okay in the future. This was followed by contact from Ben about the drawings and then we had a fantastic experience with Adie our fitter who came with his team of fitters and ensured the job was completed to our satifaction despite it being a diffficult fixing task in some respects. I recommend you haveTrade Oak's own fitters because any problems they all discuss and then resolve them together with the factory. As I said before a first class job, we are thrilled with the result and recommend Trade Oak to anyone contemplating a purchase. You will not be dissapointed the workmanship and product is fantastic.

Overall very good . 4 bay carport Kit arrived machined exactly to specification. The project was complicated by wanting access to abutted structure meaning one pillar to be omitted and the land was sloped. The team gave me advic then got the plan reviewed by a structural engineer. Pdf drawings sent back and forth with no problem and Jade the point of contact on the phone always available to put me through to the relevant person and deal with any queries. The erection was easy all parts were labelled to match drawings etc. 3 amateurs and a genie lift completed in 5 days.
One thing to note is they ask about access to site and I chose a HIAB wagon as many builders merchants have delivered to me with HIAB wagons however the kit arrived on a much bigger HIAB vehicle than the builders merchants wagons which meant a day moving the kit to the target!

The ordering and delivery was well organised and efficicient. The pergola arrived on time and was expertly craned into the front garden.
As a natural material oak will move over time but I ours does have some characterful shakes in the beams and some twisting. It is difficult to assess if this is within a resaonable tolerance.

The oak porch was well made and simple to put together, the only gripe was the two pack bond anchor didn’t have any mixing nossels and the gun required costs more than buying a bond anchor you can use with a regular silicone gun, so the bond anchor they sent was a waste

I was after a bespoke building in a unique location on my land.
From start to finish the service I had from Trade Oak has been great. From my initial query, their sales team were responsive, helpful and engaged. Happy to update quotes and answer questions as I made design changes. Their design team were then great turning my draft drawings, photo's of the location and measurements into accurate drawings. Again super helpful and supportive and willing to discuss the build with my local builder. The way they agree payments, step by step through the process gave me confidence I was not just handing over a huge deposit up front, before landing the agreed design. Once I signed off the drawings, they manufactured the frame and proactively kept me informed, and we agreed a delivery date to suit me. And finally their partner delivery company were again so flexible and helpful given a difficult delivery location.

End to end, great service, helpful, supportive AND the Oak frame was so fantastic to assemble. Quality craftmanship, went together so well.

Great service from first contact to delivery. The design service was excellent and really helpful for a self builder. Great communication about timescales and delivery and when the frame arrives it was beautifully made and went together easily. Really appreciated the extra touches such as the acid treatment to take any marks off and of course the box of biscuits! Thank you.

From the first email were I laid out my design wishes, the exchanges on design and suggestions were superb accompanied by easy to understand drawings and CAD images that brought the project to life. The delivered product is better than I expected, went together perfectly and was accompanied by top quality stainless steel bolts, screws and tools to complete the build. So impressed. Thank you.

Trade Oak were extremely helpful from the very beginning. They answered all our questions. Explained how the commissioning process worked and were willing to provide alternative quotes to suit our fluctuating grant positions. The kit when delivered was exactly as specified and went together like a dream ( even when being constructed by 30 odd disparate volunteers). We are very pleased with the result. I can thoroughly recommend Trade Oak as a company; they were excellent.

After researching the market, I contacted Trade Oak to supply a single bay garage. Paul, Nathan and Ben could not have been more helpful. The drawings were detailed and comprehensive. I was kept informed throughout on timing. I had numerous questions, all of which were answered promptly and helpfully. The oak frame was perfect and fitted together easily. Likewise the softwood stud work and rafters. I completed the entire build (including foundations, roofing and cladding) over the course of two months on my own, apart from some help from a local lad with the heavier elements. Trade Oak even supplied some oak strips I needed to finish off the cladding, which was not something they were required to do, but they did anyway to make sure I was 100% happy with the finished product. All in all a fantastic company to deal with and I would highly recommend them.
