I wish i had read more reviews before using Tradeo
I am only writing this review as a warning as every one should feel for themselves what they think is the truth. At first my so called tradeo "Manager" was giving me very good stock tips to trade on, asking me from time to time to add funds in the interest of "growing my portfolio", which i would do as it seemed like the whole operation was going very well. The dispersion of my stocks into different sectors was good, i was making good money... nothing bad so far. Then my manager started taking the same stocks over and over again betting they would all ways go up, yet they where high risk stock that cost more than the average, resulting in sky rocketting swaps. This is where it turned to a desaster as i only had so much money all of it went to these stocks he wished would go up but never did. I would not have been a problem if swaps where not that high as they are very demanding coming a certain point. Not being able to continue paying the swaps, Aris my manager would start playing emotional tricks on me like "imagine how much you will make getting out of this".. all this while i would tell him i didn't want to take the risk... resulting in even more string he would pull on like " What do you want to acheive in life if you take no risks, i can't help you on this Joseph". i ended up loosing all my money to swaps i couldn't pay, with all my savings invested gone. Now there is nothing illegal here, and i have to say i learnt quite a lot with them, but lets remember that they make more money on swaps then on stock fees when you buy or sell, so no wonder he did care if i couldn't pay the swaps, less money in his pocket, at the cost of no money in mine whatsoever. I think trading is great, only their system entices greed with the manager as you are his cow to milk... and milk you they do.

I am a costumer here for around 5 or 6 month, I have been reading the reviews here and I want to give my experience.
The team has been fast to process requests and reply to emails. I have done several withdrawals and the process was very efficient.
With my limited knowledge of the markets, I read about things when the account is engaged with these instruments, and I can see changes happen in real time.
It has been hugely positive for me and I will only recommend to people who are ready for the risk.
I understand sometimes there is a delay, but that does not concern me.

Tradeo is a scam, please do not use them. Read all the reliable information on line about this company first. You will loose money. They are cleaver in getting you to add funds to prevent your losses. You are charged daily 7 days a week for trading which eats up your money. They do not help you with what is happening in the market, as they say they will. They then get you to add more funds saying they will help you more and it goes on. If you have an Apple device you do not get all the information columns you need to understand what is happening. They change you to different advisers who then say they have more experience. They pressure you into adding more money to have a better out come, which never happens, as it just add more to the daily charge. I do understand how the market works. Unfortunately the positive reviews are not genuine. Please read the real reviews. I am sure they will add their usual statement to the end of my review. You will loose money. Please chose another platform. This is not sour grapes. I just don’t want anyone else to get sucked in and you will. LC

I just had received a few calls
I just had received a few calls right after some registration with Tradeo. The agent online was very polite at beginning, and then turned into very anxious to have my personal information on her screen as I had tried to leave it after while. I was also just wondering why she would be that hurry to have the business done in the way she was intending? This has raised alarm that I could not be telling her any more of the information due to information security concerns and I would like to have time to think about it and deal with it later. But she would not give up , and instead , with some unknown angry she kept urging me to give her a reason why I would want to do this later..and kept calling back and threated to call back again...I deeply appreciated that the prompt response from their team & I believe this company had done fantastic works with a lot of people, however, what I just experienced could be a very bad taste giving away to anyone who could be one of their potential customers.

Problems with Tradeo
Ever since contacting Tradeo and handing over £250 I have had nothing but problems.Although the agent who was helping me at the beginning was Very patient and helpful after less than 2weeks he had to go off with some covid related problem.the next week I was contacted by the* head of department of financial services*(her words) and told that another agent would be in touch.Fine except Tradeo had been hacked along with my details and I ended up paying £100 to a dodgy a/c.ICould go on but let's just say that altogether I'm out of pocket by £500 plus ,it's over a month since I contacted Tradeo and I'm still not making any money and the phone hasn't stopped ringing with con merchants trying to relieve of even more money and no apology from the company for all the hassle I've been through.Tradeo how do I shut down this a/c and is there any chance I might get some money back?

If you are new to trading and are unlucky enough to be introduced to trading with these people! then beware! It is a scary pushy company that gets you to invest £200 then you will be out of your depth with the continuous pushy sales team then they just put the phone down on you when you request to close your account! As with many of the reviews below they are aggressive in their tactics. They was fine when you deposit the money but having read more about this company and realised this was not a safe bet I withdrew my money. I have been questioned and was told this appeared fraudulent. I was told that I am an adult and should know what I want to do with my money and if I withdraw it will seem suspicious. This is exactly how they got a bad rap in the newspaper. Since pulling my funds from these crooks I have been bombarded by these “people” if that’s what you call them. I have been called and pranked called by Tradeo for weeks now and unnecessarily hounded. They even called me 5 times today asking why I took my money back and want to know more. Having requested to stop calling they then got different members of their dodgy teams to call me to antagonise me. I said I am reporting them and will seek legal for the harassment and threats. Not sure how they are still allowed to operate but given the distress they are causing by using scare mongering I will be taking this as far as possible.
