At first delivery was delayed, Then i get no complete order, to get answer from them its very difficult. When i called them women told me my package its not complete and they brought me not complete package, now theyre saying that i get everything so i dont know if i will get missing part or refund atleast, beacuse its difficult to contact with them.

furniture for balcony
Ordered furniture for balcony, and the product came damaged. I couldn't reach Trademax by phone, so I wrote an e-mail, answer for which I didn't receive until I tried to reach Trademax by phone again, and again nobody could help me by the phone, I was said that they will contact me later, and asked me to wait a call back. The reason why I was calling was to return the product back, since I was not sure that the next delivery will come without damages. The next day after my call I received a message that they have sent an another furniture, which I didn't ask. Ok! I decided to wait for this package, even if didn't want to. The problem was in packaging of the good, it was not safe, and more likely it could get damages during transportation. I received my second delivery and guess what?:) it is again with the damages:( A good thing I did not throw previous delivery, collected undamaged parts of first delivery and second and, thanks God, I was able to put them together. I really had bad experience with Trademax and don't want to repeat it.
