I gave this company all my information

I gave this company all my information, business and personal to trademark my company's logo. After paying, I got a very shady message saying "The case fling officer will get back to you with your Search and clearance report,
please make sure you are available on the number you have provided,
the clearance report is valid for 24 hours only.

The charge that will appear on the billing statement will be of our merchant Digital Dezk. Please make sure that you mark it safe.

after the search and clearance report is received."

No legitimate company would make fake threats about only having 24 hours to view your report, or for more money as a "government filing fee". They have not responded to my requests for a refund, so I will have to contact my bank. I have reported them to multiple government agencies.
