This company is a complete scam and should not be trusted.
They changed my personal information, including my email address, without my authorization or consent. After taking payment, they continuously delayed correcting the issue and kept giving excuses instead of fixing the information they changed themselves.
They also charged excessive amounts for services and fees that did not match what was actually supposed to be paid. When I requested the attorney information handling my case — including the lawyer’s full name and license details — they were unable or unwilling to provide valid information.
I also received multiple altered and misleading documents from them. I personally verified information directly with the USPTO, and several statements made by this company did not match what USPTO support told me. I have records of emails, text conversations, and calls regarding this matter.
Another name connected to this operation is “Impactful Insight,” so be cautious of that company as well.
Based on my experience, this appears to be a fraudulent operation using misleading practices and possibly fake employee identities. Different employees gave inconsistent information and even used different names during communication.
Do not trust this company with your trademark, personal information, or money. Be extremely careful before doing business with them.
