Spoke to my bank on the matter and had my money refunded within 48 hours. The reason the company keeps in touch asking us to be patient and trying to delay us reporting this con is because we cannot claim the funds back after 120 days. Luckily I reported mine on Day 110 and it is now in the hands of my bank and trading standards.

Complete and utter con! Avoid like the plague. Exactly the same as every other reviewer on here so won’t bother going into detail but really wish I’d checked here before parting with my hard earned money!

This company rips you off your money. Ordered via Facebook on the 13/12/23 paid via credit card. No order confirmation email received, looked into website no contact details at all, straight away I knew I had been scammed, contacted my credit card company and was told that I had to wait the 28 days for delivery and had to prove that I had communication with the company to resolve the issue before I could raise a claim to be refunded. Raised the claim with the credit card company and waited for 2 weeks and was refunded my money, last week I receive communication that they are disputing my claim and they provide proof that item has been posted and that I have received it. Quick search on Royal mail website and the parcel has been posted 2 days ago from China, the parcel states warm gloves and is less than 500gr this is nowhere near what I have ordered. I have to now dispute their dispute of the refund. I have searched the Royal mail website to find that my parcel was delivered in Northallerton?? I live in Suffolk, on the 12/02/24. You cant even read the details of the parcel on the delivery picture. This company is registered in the UK as ZELONG TRADE LTD. Quick search on companies house and you will find them. I will be reporting them to trading standards and to whoever I need to as they are low life scammers.

I realised I got Scammed by RUNTOO TRADE LTD as soon as I received the confirmation email. Started trying to get my money back immediately but to no avail. I checked them out on Companies house I reported RUUNTOO to ACTION FRAUD I hope others do too.

I wish I had read these reviews before I had purchased from them. I placed a Christmas order towards the end of October 2023 and am still waiting on it. Sounds like they have the same excuse for all their undelivered packages. They also sent me a replacement after the first was delivered in a completely different state. Needless to say they asked me to be patient, and resent a new package - again to a completely different location.
Their reply emails are simply to keep stringing you along and giving you some hope. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

We ordered 2 items back in November 2023 from Zelong Trade Ltd and on 28th November amount was taken out of our account.
Said delivery would be approximately 20 days.
Still not received anything so emailed them on 27th Dec and got a reply was a problem with tracking and they were looking into it.
I kept following up and then in January 2024 they sent me a tracking number but it said was delivered to a different address over 3,000kms away.
I contacted them again complaining that items had not been delivered to us.
They replied saying they needed correct address so let them know and told them I wanted a refund as we were going to have to buy elsewhere as it had been 2 months and we were going away in a few weeks.
They replied saying I needed to be patient and would be resent within 7 days.
9 days have past emailed asking update and tracking number and was told to be patient that they had to get in contact with logistics company to go pick up from incorrect address and then they would resend, so basically after reading other reviews we have been obviously scammed as well as we now into February, not happy 😡😡😡😡😡
Should be no stars to rate, deserve a no star rating.
Not sure where to go from here.

This company is quick to cash in your payment and never deliver a single item.
This company is a 100% scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. They will only take your money!!!!

Don't order from this company ordered something off them in October 2023 still waiting for it contacted the company they said they will send it out again as it got delivered somewhere nowhere near where I live. Same as the 2nd parcel they said they would send out now it's being delivered to somewhere different again this company is a no go keep far away from them as possible

Scammers! I was a victim of a fraud. My bank account was charged with an unauthorized purchase by them.

SHOULD BE ZERO STARS DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER = Ordered my item Beginning November as christmas present. Sent email for delivery information just before Xmas, got reply after xmas to say will let me know when it has been dispatched. I have waited now almost 10 weeks with no other contact. They should be struck off. It appears they only set up business in September 2023 and have lost approx £33, with no hope of retrieving it. SO BE WARNED

Ordered 12th Nov 2023. Received email back explaining the issues with long haul delivery and would take an extra 1-2 weeks.
Emailed them 30th Dec 2023.
To receive an email please be patient the parcel will be with you within 15-20 working days.
Now 17th Jan 2024 and no delivery.
Tracking number I was sent with tracking app says it was delivered to address on order form.
Yes another person scammed. May only be £60 but if 1000 people order that's 600k.
Not happy what next.??? Any information on how to get money back would be appreciated please. Thanks

Keep well clear of this scamming company. Took my money order was supposed to arrive 5 to 7 days never did. 6 weeks later still no sign. Emailed several times they said another 15 to 20 days waiting it's a scam report the matter to action fraud. So the scammers can be arrested

if you could review -1 that would be generous. These people needs taking down. I am still getting emails from them telling be lies about my package as per the other reviews that are on her. I spoke with my credit card provider and got a chargeback which I am very happy about. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTERS.

I paid $71 AUD for a game table on 18th Nov for my kids for Christmas but I never received it not happy. SCAM

Ordered a gift set beginning of December, emailed them asking when it would arrive, they emailed back saying it’s been shipped...still no gift set. Total scammers! Please do not give them your money for anything.

Ordered November 23 ,no way am I going to see my 35 pounds gift parcel for grandkids I email once a week and get the same message it's on its way. I asked for a tracking number/code said they couldn't do that as a problem had happened, keep well away from this rubbish SCAMMER

Haven’t received my order from the 8th November, apparently it’s been delivered elsewhere. Keep being told to be patient 🤣🤣. Already come to terms with the fact this parcel is not going to arrive. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give zero I would. Ordered product 19 October. It is now january 11th. They say they sent it. When they eventually gave me a tracking number it had been delivered 70 miles away. I have now had my money back. Today I received an email asking if I had received my package the have re-sent. Well no I have not. End of story. Do not use this company. They also go under the name of FASHION PORTRAIT. And several others going by what I just been reading. Lots of people losing their money.

STAY AWAY!!! Unfortunately I can’t dispute my credit card either because the order “wasn’t returned or canceled!” It has to be dealt with the company the bank told me. Well given that everything they replied is a load of BS including a made up tracking number that said it was delivered somewhere on the other side of the world, at this point I’m taking the loss:( DO NOT ORDER!!

I am as disappointed as everyone on this website leaving a review. I ordered the game way before Christmas sometime early November 2023, we were excited about it. Never received my order, no on responds about refunds or even where the stupid order is, assuming there is none at this point as I am reading the reviews. :( sad. Learned my lesson on ordering from weird websites. Sorry to everyone who got sucked into it as well.
