Mo spent 2 hours to diagnose a fault on a boiler. The diagnosis was wrong. He charged £300 for a job half done. Telling us that he charges £150 per hour and call out charge £50. The job was not done.
For 1/3 of the price the boiler was fixed and the diagnosis Mo gave was wrong.

It's all well and good having a flashy professional website, but if the reality is that there's no professionalism from the tradesman then it's a bit of a sham really.
Dan went round to look at a sizeable job we needed doing - a leak had taken out the bathroom floor and kitchen ceiling - and then couldn't be bothered to send the quote or even contact us to say they didn't want the job. So we wasted weeks for nothing.

There was no such phonecall. That's a complete lie.
Would have taken you 60 seconds to drop me a message saying you didn't want the job, obviously I wouldn't be leaving this review if you had.
Funny how you can find the time to try and defend your actions but spending 1 minute so we're not hanging on for weeks for nothing was too much effort.

Tradelink carried out a large refurbishment on our property in Stoke Bishop. We received seven quotes and we decided to employ Dan and his team based on his knowledge and general building expertise, and we are absolutely delighted with the results. Dan is honest and extremely hard working, who has a keen eye for detail. The work consisted of three large bathrooms, re-configuration of rooms, creating a utility room, flooring, re-wiring and installation of a new water system. We would have no hesitation in recommending Tradelink, if you are looking for a quality job for a fair price then look no further.

It was a breeze from start to finish. Daniel was very responsive after I made the initial contact about getting some tiling done in our studio toilets and was very easy to deal with afterwards. Initial site visit was great, he explained all the options to me and we went through details of the work and expected time frame for completion. The work was booked in and he turned up on time and did the work efficiently and effectively. Always happy to chat through aspects during the work and got it done when he said he would.

I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a no nonsense tradesman.

had some major carpentry done after a new roof fitted with 4 velux windows ,timber supports aligned in loft with new floor , uplifted purlings raised with new frame work with loft storage space with four cupboards also cupbords on main wall with twin doors both sides , loft hatch fitted and absolutely overwhelmed by the standard of work carried out fantastic, if you need any work for anything i would recommend dan as he's a quality professional builder at many trades , nice work mate well happy ,😁😊😉😁😊😉

Daniel fitted a new bathroom suit recently and did a fantastic job. Charged decent prices and was professional from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with our bathroom now! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will use him again!
