Avoid!

Avoid!! I ordered some trainers with an expected delivery date of 5-7 business days. After 7 business days, after contacting them, they informed me they are yet to receive the product at their warehouse. Who knows how long it will be.

Ordered an item to be delivered 12-14 days later - I kept checking the tracking as not arrived and I was still able to cancel the order as it hadn’t been shipped (after the original arrival date) not yet received refund confirmation after a further 3 days - very poor and no comms

real experience - Tradeinn

Before ordering from Tradeinn, make sure you do your research. I’ve been waiting 4 months for a refund for return no. 64716846, and I’m being lied to every day that “the payment is being processed,” with zero results. Nothing but empty promises and a complete lack of respect for customers. A blatant rip-off and an absolutely unacceptable experience.

Really frustrating business to deal with. Firstly, after the war in Iran started, they just told me that i had to deal directly with delivery company to get updates. I did pay them for this service, they had to do this task, not me. Secondly the item arrived with missing parts, still now after 1 month of delivery I have not been able to sort it out. NOT RECOMMENDED

Exceptionally poor

#NOTICE - 37% = 1* reviews!!!!!!!! Wish i had seen this… id of bought elsewhere!!!
Exceptionally poor! Returns have taken over 31 days so far with no resolution - £11.99 paid with them for Royal Mail 48. Delivered but not processed. And all i need is the next size up. Paid 6 weeks ago, still no product i paid for!

Unacceptable service

Was given a delivery date for an item, once this date had passed with no delivery they just kept adding another day on until after 1 month I received an email saying I was being refunded. Poor service if reliant on an item.

Extra cost on taxes and handling

Ordered from Norway on website that looks Norwegian, then I got extra cost of 30% of order price for taxes and handling taxes, and There was no mention of it on website, NOT Ordering again, even TEMU feels more honest with informations

That is why we point out on our product page (from where the item is placed in the shopping cart) and in the shopping cart that our prices do not include VAT and do not include customs duties (Switzerland, Norway etc.)

We point out on our homepage, in the terms and conditions and in the email of the order confirmation that our company is based in Spain.

Worthless customer support

My order #67252046 was supposedly shipped 3 weeks ago. The tracking number doesn't work, and when I submit a ticket, I get an automated message with another tracking number that also doesn't work. It's been 3 weeks and my order that was supposedly shipped from Spain has still not arrived to France.

Update: as you can see below, the company said "Sent us your order number". Send where??? :)))

This company is not serious about shipping dates

This company is not serious about shipping dates.
I ordered an item which was expected to arrive in 3-5 days. It took 25 days to arrive.
For 3 weeks, the tracking information said that the parcel was ready to be delivered. There clearly was a problem with the shipment, but neither tradeinn nor the courier offer any help.
It took so long that I had to buy from a different seller in order to meet a deadline.
When I asked for some solution, the customer service refused to offer any compensation or return.

I ordered a pair of pants a month ago

I ordered a pair of pants a month ago. The order shipped from their service center, but after 2 days, they lost track of it.
I've sent numerous reports to their service center and still haven't received a valid response. Neither new product and a refund, as requested numerous times.

At this point, they can even keep the money I spent, but certainly they aren't able to solve such a simple problem.

It's the same message you've sent me every time I've asked for information in the last month.
How long does it take you to resolve this? A week, a month, a year?

One of the worst companies I’ve ever…

UPDATE ORDER 67971755 and 67614275

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.

On two separate occasions, with two different orders, Tradeinn has made mistakes with my address. The first package was delivered to an access point 45 minutes away. When I contacted them, they clearly hadn’t read my message and simply replied that they couldn’t change the delivery, taking no accountability. The package has now been returned to them and I still haven’t received a refund.

On the second occasion, I ordered a higher-value item and paid extra for Tracked Post. It was sent via DPD, but my address details were incomplete. I received the same automated response to both of my messages.

This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’m genuinely surprised at the lack of accountability, and I’m now having to resolve this through a PayPal dispute.

I would strongly advise against buying from this company.

Terrible experience from start to finish — late delivery, awful courier, and completely useless support

5-day late delivery, forced to collect my package in person at the courier's depot due to an alleged "incomplete address," and support that was completely useless.

When I asked why my order was delayed, they replied saying they don't process cancellations after dispatch — I never asked for a cancellation. Then I received a follow-up email telling me the order was marked as delivered and offering return options. Nobody explained the delay. Nobody answered what was actually asked.

Poor courier choice, no communication, support running on random auto-replies. Avoid.

first time using tis company and doubt…

first time using this company and doubt I will use them again. Sure they are very competitive but their shipping and comms are appalling. Ordered some ski poles end of March, get confirmed that they would be delivered 6/7th April. They didnt ship them until the 9th April and when I asked where they were and why the delay, standard scripted response about " track your delivery here " and " may have delays due to quarantine etc" I doubt my ski poles will be quarantined. So here we are nearly two weeks later and still nothing...

Not trustworthy

I have returned an order 2 weeks ago. On my Tradeinn profile, it says that the returned order has been delivered, the same with GLS. Yet when I contact support, which I've done for the third time now, they keep saying that the order has not been delivered to them yet.

So what am I to believe?

Slow service for beggars

Tempting at low prices and ..... Fake - indefinite delivery time. You will pay and most likely will not receive the goods on time. You will cancel the order and wait again for the money to be refunded. It is a swamp in which you can hardly dig your way to the shore. If you are a complete beggar and you have a lot of time, you can try to use the services of this office.
