It has been over one and a half months since we made full payment, yet not a single promised service has been delivered. We have not received any meaningful leads, support, or outcomes as discussed at the time of sale.
Key concerns are outlined below:
No Service Delivery
Despite complete payment, there has been zero effective service. There is no structured onboarding, no dedicated point of contact, and no progress visibility.
Repeated & Uncoordinated Communication
Every time we follow up, a different employee contacts us, repeatedly asking the same basic questions. This clearly indicates a lack of internal coordination and ownership.
Extremely Poor & Irrelevant Lead Quality
The few inquiries received are completely unrelated to our business.
For example, receiving leads such as “Cow Ring” is unacceptable and shows complete mismatch and negligence.
No Clarity or Transparency
There is no explanation on:
Source of the leads
Lead filtering process
Reason for receiving irrelevant categories
False Commitments & No Accountability
Your sales team made several assurances before payment, but post-payment support has been nonexistent. Follow-ups do not result in resolution, only delays.
Refund Delays & Misleading Responses
For the past 7 days, we have been continuously requesting a refund due to non-performance. Instead of a clear resolution, we are being misled and unnecessarily delayed.
Overall, this has been a highly unprofessional and disappointing experience. Your primary focus appears to be selling packages, with no accountability once payment is received.
