Gone 11pm at night I received text images of an item with scratches and damage, this was not the item I sent. It did not match all the pictures I had taken before sending.

I then dug further into the negative reviews of this company, which I should have done first. It was a common theme, pictures sent of a different product very late at night. I also read how weeks later people still do not have their item back.

I accepted the low ball offer that they altered my quote to, only because I was only going to donate the item anyway and after reading the negative reviews, I did not want to get into a long drawn out battle.

I will donate the payment they made in the end, its the only way I can make myself feel better about being stupid enough to be scammed.

Edit to add, this is not a fake review, but due to the behaviour of this 'company' behind the scenes, I am keeping my info. I am though willing to share the order number and screenshots of the late night texts with Trust Pilot.

No one has to take my review on board, all I can offer is what happened to me, and finding out I was not alone in that. Id be a bit more wary of the "positive" reviews in the future.

Smooth efficient process no queries all good

This is a complete scam. This Company do not operate professionally, they are dishonest and fraudsters. I sent an ipad magic keyboard to them. They text me after 11pm one evening asking me to call them. I immediately messaged them back where they started to dispute the model no sent to them. I provided proof of purchase but they seeming ignored it. I requested the immediate payment or return of my item. 3 weeks later I have had neither. I have reported this company to trading standards and will be raising a claim against them to recover the money owed for the item they have retained. Please beware.
