No refunds for untouched evals

I purchased an evaluation account and have not traded on that account. In less than 24 hours I decided I didn’t want the account anymore and requested a refund. Support told me they were unable to complete my request as there is a no refund policy. I understand if I traded on the account, but I didn’t even touch it. I know some firms that are more lenient with their refund policy and have better rules and pricing. I’m truly disappointed in Tradeify and will not be trading with them again.

UPDATE: Tradeify level 2 support fully refunded me after I wrote this review.

Account Suspended After KYC Verification Without Clear Explanation

I contacted support through a ticket to ask about an issue, and during the process I purchased 5 accounts. Later, I was even encouraged to leave a review here.

After logging into the new version, I saw a 3.0 KYC verification option and completed it. Right after that, the connection froze. I was told to submit a support ticket, but instead of resolving the issue, my account was suddenly suspended.

All five accounts I purchased were already profitable, which makes this situation even more frustrating

Tradeify decide to suspend all my funded acc

Tradeify decide to suspend all my funded acc due to detected hedging. But I was using copy trade all the time, even the order history showing the entry are the same. But tradovate copy trading have a issue that make one position didn't close at the same time while other copy acc position were closed. Tradovate problem shouldn't let your client to take the responsibility.

They are a straight forward prop firm…

They are a straight forward prop firm that does not play games. They don't have the scams that you may encounter with other prop firms that have unrealistic drawdowns. Less than 12 hours from the time i requested a payout till I withdrew the money, and most of that time was not even Tradeify, it was with their payment partner to ensure compliance and KYC. Their support was also top notch and timely, when Rise, their payment partner took longer than I expected as part of the KYC/compliance

I had a great experience with Tradeify…

I had a great experience with Tradeify and wanted to share it. From the beginning, their customer service team was outstanding—responsive, professional, and truly second to none (Rocio, Alexandra, Emmanuel, Ulises). They assisted me seamlessly with an email update, guided me through the Rise invite process, and ensured everything was properly aligned from a compliance standpoint.

What really stands out is the level of transparency on their trader dashboard. The live details and real-time tracking make it very easy to monitor performance and stay in control at all times.

Most importantly, I successfully received my first payout without issues, which speaks volumes about their reliability. Overall, a very solid experience and a firm that delivers on what they promise.

**Outstanding Support and Professionalism from Tradeify**

I would like to share my experience with the support I received from **Tradeify** over the past few days, with the issue being fully resolved today.

Recently, I opened my accounts with Tradeify, successfully passed the evaluations, and generated a significant profit in my funded accounts. However, I experienced an issue with some of my trades and decided to contact support.

To be honest, because many proprietary trading firms do not seem truly interested in seeing traders succeed, I initially thought my situation would not be resolved — especially considering these were new accounts that already had a meaningful balance.

To my surprise, Tradeify not only resolved my issue, but did so with professionalism, dedication, speed, and transparency. Their team handled everything with great care and efficiency, which genuinely impressed me.

I was honestly surprised by how solid this firm is and how outstanding their support team is. Today, I can confidently recommend **Tradeify** to anyone looking for a serious, professional, and trader-focused proprietary trading firm.

Issue clarified and handled professionally after escalation

I am updating my previous review after further clarification from Tradeify’s Level 2 support.

Initially, my account was marked as FAILED, even though the visible balance appeared to be within the drawdown limit. This created a serious concern regarding transparency and consistency.

After escalation, I received a detailed technical explanation.

The issue was related to a known Tradovate platform bug, where an account can breach the drawdown limit but continue trading normally without being liquidated in real time. In my case, the breach occurred due to commissions and a very small price movement, even though the platform allowed trading to continue afterward.

This explains why the account appeared active and within limits from a visible balance perspective.

While this situation is understandably confusing for any trader, I appreciate that:

* The case was escalated and properly reviewed
* A clear and detailed explanation was provided
* A goodwill gesture (reset credit) was offered

That said, I believe it is important for traders to understand that:

👉 The drawdown is based on intraday equity (including fees and commissions)
👉 The platform may not always reflect this accurately in real time
👉 You can still be trading normally even after a breach has already occurred

This is something traders must take into account when managing risk.

Overall, while the initial handling created confusion, I recognize the effort made by the Level 2 support team to clarify the situation and address the issue.
