I also was bullied into investing with these crooks,at the moment I am still waiting to get my money returned they have promised it will take 72 hours that was from a very nice guy called Dillon, after my manager Camila insisted on me investing and she would look after me, disappeared after two calls, they hounded me with phone calls some over 1 hour long and emails that are still coming, the money has left the FW account and I keep asking when I will receive it they now say it is up to my bank to sort it out but they say it is not something they can get into. I have lost 1250.00 euros and am thinking of going to the National Police and making a denuncia, this was recommended to me, but I have tried to do things right,not worked so far.

I lost all my money, same situation as the below reviews, only wish I had listened to my gut about this company, kept calling me daily , almost hourly at first the account manager was very helpful and I did make a bit of money but then the pressure to add more and more funds so I could have a premium account came, again manipulating me to say I had over £500k in assets, once they upgraded me the pressure to have a certain amount of trades open came and my then AM left apparently to attend a conference and this other guy called Stephen, never had time for me when I wanted to talk properly just that I should put my trades here and here, lost it all and then nothing, no phone call nothing. I’m lodging a complaint on the poor advice they give on the basis they have been doing this for over 25 years, how is it right for a beginner trader to be given such poor advice. I told them constantly I’m new to this and will need to be small amounts rather than put it all on telling me it’s ok as long as your margin doesn’t go beyond 5% we’ll guess what it did..

Don't trade with this company!!!

So tradefw rang me on Tuesday 05/10/2021 and said they would discuss the practices they have trying to force me to place trades and use upto 90% of my account.

Today the legal team rang me and said they won't be taking any action even though again has clearly broken the FCA rules by give trading advice and trying to enforce I majority of my account.

They actually stated they may take legal action if I post the recordings and take to social media in all the countries they trade.

Well I say bribg it on TRADEFW as you are the one who have acted illegally so which court will side with your practices.

I will lodge my case with Cyprus FCA tomorrow and take to social media posting the recordings I have of XXX saying he has apparently 3 million in his trade account, I didn't realised trade account managers can't even trade. I also have this on recording. Another recording of another XXX trying to insist I place trades he wants using most of my account.

Disgusting practices and totally illegal way of working. I have recorded evidence that I'll be sharing with the FCA regarding their practices.

They insisted I set up a professional account made me complete paperwork saying a I have over 500k assets. Apparently this is one of their M.Os.

Once I'd transferred a large amount of money into the trade account they was pestering me every say to make trades. I was told I should be placing 10 to 15 trades daily, I also have this on email.

I have on recorded call that one trade manager would not assist me unless I'm placing trades which he tells me to and using up to 90 percent of my account. I told him no chance.

Do not use the people as they are scammers and don't stop bombarding you when you put money into a trade account. Sometimes I was getting phoned 4 times a day. Ridiculous.

I will take to social media in every country they trade in to warm people what they are doing. They closed my account and apparently decided not to do business in the U.K.

I got most of my money back but was charged for my refunds. I was wise enough not to listen to any of their advice.

Don't EVER EVER GO NEAR Tradefw. I ignored all the warnings and the reviews and went ahead, little did I know that I was going to get MY FINGERS BURNED BIG TIME before mine very eye, losing all my life savings" a whopping £4,750 sterling, however I still had £80 remaining in the pot, which I tried to withdraw, but I couldn't" "so contacted them via email asking them to ring me please? But I heard nothing this is about 2 weeks now. So like others would do, I went into my account to see if there's other ways I could try and withdraw the £80 pounds but, it has completely DISAPPEARED!!. This could be a Legit Company, but THEY'RE ARE ALL SCAMMERS BEHIND THE PHONE CALLS. They kept passing me on from one person to the another over and over again with excuses every time why they are passing me on and on to the other person!!. They kept ringing you up 2 or 3 times a week telling you what market you should invested in, and you listened to them thinking that they knew something you don't and you totally trust in them. But when something went wrong" they'll completely DENIED the whole thing and telling you to add more to your pot in order to generate or get back what you'd already lost and you believed them. They are very clever very clever indeed and a fool me big time, when is all over and you refuses to add more money? They'll drain your pot dry and disappeared" never to HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN and they move to the next victim!!!.♨️❗❗❗. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I mean they are other good companies out there to invest your hard own cash on. Investigate and do your homework well before you invest and trust THE REVIEWERS ALWAYS, the call themselves global trading as well❗❗❗👎👎

This company is a fake trading company. Please close the accounts and get whatever is left in the account.

Having read Priya's recent review it is heartfelt when I say we both are in very much a similar predicament. I like you vow to fight on. I am in total agreement with you. I can only add I received an email from Trade FW on Friday 17th September 2021 outlining to "Cease the provision of regulated financial services to residents of the UK.'
They request all open trades to be closed by 1pm BST on 23rd Sept 2021.
Yesterday I received a call to inform me of my options. The agent claimed they did not see this email until yesterday !
I can only add the above comments to Priya's previous review. Sadly you articulate exactly my bitter experience with Trade FW.
I have seen Trade FW's response below. I also received a phone call on Tuesday 21st September 2021. It would appear they do read these posts as I was asked to elaborate my views. I maintained the previous post (Priya" s) articulated my feelings exactly. Trade FW arranged to call me on Friday 24th September 2021; my understanding is this analysis involves listening back to phone calls between both parties. As things stand Trade FW have not called me.
Surely if there is a discussion to be had in order to carry out an analysis of phone conversations between both parties then they should be heard independently !

Professionals of manipulation and swindling! I was led to invest in this platform and trusted them until I understood what they were really doing. The so-called qualified manager with years of experience asked me to follow his instructions until I lost all my money over 30,000 Euro. With his manipulative techniques including false promises of gains; continuous and aggressive calls to ask me to put in more money, I lost everything by following the instructions I was given. Be careful with this platform!

Agressive marketing. When they call, no matter how many times you say that you are not interested or at least, not at the moment, they will insist. My last two phone conversations were while at work. I tried to be polite and spend some extra time to explain that I am not interested at the moment, and both times, instead of appreciating the time I spent on the phone, the reply was "we are talking for 10/15 minutes, so your work is deffinitelly not so important". Bad customer service approach.

As a newbie to Trading, I was concerned about investing with a platform I did not know. I went by the reviews and invested the minimum of £250. I have since invested more. Ive had guidance from my Personal Trading Specialist every week. We speak most days. There is always a risk, but there is a stop loss system in place. The withdrawal system takes about a week to process, including approval and for the deposit into our bank account. I am glad I did it. Something good to come out of the lockdown. Thank you Trade FW.

I once showed interest in this platform but changed my mind and informed them of this. I have requested for them to take my contact details from their call list but I have been hounded by cold calls from them on almost a daily basis. When I block their number they just call me from another. I urge anyone reading this not to get involved with them. Once you have and dont proceed with them they will hound you on a daily basis with cold calls.

Please don’t go near! they lure you into depositing more money without explaining all the cons to you and they are very reckless with your investment. They are very enticing but their knowledge is not too good. They encourage you to open positions when the stakes are high and all they are interested in is in you opening more positions without fully advising you of the implications of a low margin level which could put your stock into liquidation. Please don’t go near if you a a novice in trading. THEY WILL MAKE YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY.

If i could give this 0 stars i would, i deposit £250.00 in trade fw. I lost a few hundred, i tried to get the remainder of my money back, and i haven't received it.... whatever you do do not put any money in to this. They are robbers, and were constantly on the phone looking for you to invest.

I'm so glad I became a member of TradeFW. My investments are slowly progressing and I get learn a lot about market trends and what are the prices. I can understand how the experts make their call and based on that I make my move. Totally legal and authorised trading happens and that's what attracted me to TradeFW

I discovered TradeFW platform a while ago and I'm very content with it. I had very little experience in trading but they have guided me up to where I am now., I started by opening The customer service department advising me and followed me throughout the entire process. It is a good platform and I aim to increase my funds.

They gave inaccurate information from the outset. My initial accounts manager lost me over £200.00. Kept on pestering me to add more money to my account. I chose not to have any further dealings with them and requested ALL my money back they refused. They have been dealing with my complaint for over 4 weeks. I asked for a deadlock letter again they refused. They are not sincere in their dealing with customers. Please avoid this company at all cost and deal with a company that is transparent and honest.
The company does not even deserve one star but had to award one in order to write this review.
Will be reporting them to the FCA and FOS.
