Great experience

I made enquiries on Tradeford from a supplier with a similar name to one of the biggest beauty supply store in the USA. My antenna went up because I check out and realised it was not the same company and it seems unlikely the LLC could be legitimately registered with similar name! I had sent enquiries. Someone reached me later same day from a Pakistani line +92. Instead of addressing my queries offers me other product and ask to connect me with another supplier in the Uk. I asked if the third party supplier was on the Tradeford so I could connect from the platform, and the answer was in the affirmative. A WhatsApp link was promptly sent to me and I was told this was the only way to transact any further. This was clearly a scam!!! Once I declined to join, WhatsApp group the link expired. This is not a good experience and unfortunately I have no confidence in Tradeford. I do not know how there are only great reviews. If I am only one with a bad experience so far, there goes the story of my life.......

I am a seller. I have struggled initially with this platform. I think one concern is the genuineness of the buyer who is reaching out with their query. I even asked if there is a way to know the buyer details. I think Tradeford platform need to be improved to address this perspective.
