TradeDay encourages education and gives a lot of resources to help newer traders. Patience pays in the early days but once funded, the rules are set up for the trader to make profits and get paid quickly.

My experience has been good , very easy and simple dashboard, costumer service help is also pretty good , great propfirm to start , price friendly as well

I've been a prop trader for some time now, checked TradeDay a while back but got a bit turned off by the old 1 account only policy.

Now that it's up to 3, it matches my approach perfectly.
Rules are clear, no hidden tricks (EOD drawdown available if you prefer), nothing to hinder progress when (sim) funded (no consistency, no trade x days making at least $y profit, you can even withdraw into the buffer -not advised though, but up to each person), to me all top notch conditions.

Support has also been great (thanks Ash!), when I contacted them it was really me being thick, as at this point I've had 0 issue with anything.

Just wish the dashboard was instantaneous updates (for a Rithmic account), but I seem to understand they are working on it.

Anyway, to me one of the few prop firms deserving 5 stars at this point.

I am submitting this complaint to formally document serious issues I experienced with TradeDay’s platform and customer support.
TradeDay’s service has been unreliable and disruptive. The platform has reportedly been hacked multiple times, resulting in unexpected account liquidations. In my case, I entered one contract, and suddenly my account drawdown increased by $900, which does not align with normal or logical trading behavior.
I immediately contacted TradeDay to explain the situation and seek clarification. Unfortunately, their support team was unwilling to listen or properly investigate the issue. My concerns were dismissed rather than addressed, leaving me without a resolution.
Due to these issues—platform instability, unexplained account liquidation, and poor customer support—I believe TradeDay poses a significant risk to traders. I strongly caution others that using this service may result in interrupted trading, unexpected losses, and unresolved disputes.

Trade Day is an excellent prop firm for both beginners and experienced traders. I really appreciate their fair evaluation process and clear communication — no hidden rules or surprises, the community is very encouraging. It’s a great place to grow as a trader and develop discipline. Highly recommended for anyone serious about trading professionally!

Tradeday is one of the best prop firms in the industry. Payouts are no problem.. They also give you choices when chosing an account and platform so you only pay for whats valuable to you.

their customer service sucks! they just want to earn your subscription money, not even try to fake!
my subscription was renewed but not reset. I thought that account was already blown and waited for weeks to reset at new subscription, but it had 70 DD left, i emailed them to reset it since it is already renewed and paid. but their support refused ! what is the fuss about it?! i dont know how their one brain cell works!? No logical thinking or reasoning at all?! just focusing on how to earn more the subscription payment!
i experienced the same with another prop firm before , but they just reset the account since it was already renewed and paid! no fuss!
Tradeday has the worst customer support system among propfirms! as I reviewed other feedbacks, many also had the same experience as mine! so this is the way Tradeday funds their firm!
I do not recommend/will not promote to any trader to try this lousy firm as there are plenties much better than this one!

I really like this prop firm. I have tried a few, but this has been a great experience. After passing the evaluation, the funded process was very fast and easy. I haven't achieved a payout yet, but based on how responsive their customer service is, I am hopeful. I simply need to stick to my strategy. The evaluation rules are very transparent and easy to follow. And I really like the amount of free educational material they offer. It does feel like they care about traders becoming better traders.

Trade day are great, have reduced their challenges to 5 days, the have a clear path to live and offer multiple trading platforms including project X and Tradovate. Their trading resources are fantastic and have a lot of great support for traders. Highly recommended!

TradeDay is a great futures prop firm ive been using for 6months and one of the few available that offer services abroad!
