Poor all round experience and no order!
Poor all round and only achieved a one star rating because I can't mark any lower! Order was ignored alongwith emails and messenger contact to establish where it was at. The order was refunded in full with an apology which sounded pretty lame really ... 'been away for 10 days ....'. Just not acceptable, appears to be a sole trader with no procedures in place to handle out of office orders.

Sadly an illness and miscommunication got in between this order and can only apologise for that.We do have procedures in place just sadly this was an errant order that got missed. Again can only apologise for being ill.

Well below par delivery time nearly 2weeks late no apologies nothing .I had to put back my job 3days just because delivery .no good to me no good for customer need to source a better courier .lucky a gave one star could not find minus stars.
Even when second parcel dispatched there was no follow up of apologies.

Mr SURR i'm quite surprised by this rating as we did apologise many times and the fault lied mainly with our courier who had difficulty finding your address and you also said it was hard to find place , we also sent you a second parcel to replace the one that did not make it and it came next day and we definitely apologised constantly for the delay.We actually spoke to you twice to discuss the issues and you said all was ok.
