Excellent experiance
From start to finish, our experience purchasing and fixing the loft hatch was perfect.
Ordered the loft hatch one Friday and it was delivered the following Friday. A couple of hours later and the old hatch had been replaced with the new.
Just need to ensure your measurements are correct.
Would recommend buying a loft hatch from them.

We're sorry to hear that the panel wasn't what you were expecting. The panel you purchased is designed differently from some other products on the market, with a slimmer and lighter construction to make installation easier while still meeting all required fire, safety and performance standards.
The previous panel you mentioned was purchased from a different supplier, so there may be differences in design, frame depth and overall construction. Our panels are manufactured to provide the necessary strength and compliance while reducing unnecessary weight.

The units are quite expensive but…
The units are quite expensive but convenient.
Quality of manufacture is ok but the design of the hinge system on some units is marginal. you would not want to be using the hatch for daily access as it would not las.
When i wanted an extra hatch I found selecting the correct model quite tricky on the website and ordered one which worked but was not totally the same.
