FULLY SCAM: mass forced closing of positions, mass freezing of users funds (now $40M+), consistently asking for HUGE withdrawal fees

I opened a long position on XLM at $0.14 on DYDX exchange without leverage.
Now the price is $0.29+.
My earnings are x2, right? (15000 -> 30000+)
But as I found out from tech support, they secretly closed the exchange! (I checked my position after XLM pump)
What it means:
1) They forcibly closed my perpetual position at a HUGE loss on oct 28 right before XLM price go 6x (now at 3x or 2x from my entry)
2) They froze my remaining balance (~7000+)
3) They ask for HUGE fees (around $100 for first tx, you must do all txs to withdraw) for withdrawal.

They falsely advertised the project as decentralized, while they closed the perpetual contracts themselves with their centralized decision.
Reminder: A perpetual contract is a type of contract that does not have an expiration date.
They made a hidden announcement about the "update".
A large number of users did not know about this.
This can be seen in the blockchain: a large amount of funds remained locked in the old smart contract before the update. ($40M+)
Maybe they should have put out a news item telling users to update their accounts urgently?
Instead they released multiple public news with ZERO information about this.
They closed my position which resulted in a realized loss of ~7000+ and total loss at current prices ~22000. (from ~15000 trade without leverage)
They saw that a huge number of their users still had not withdrawn their money.
They knew that this would lead to HUGE losses for their users, but they pressed the scam button anyway.
At the very least they could have issued, for example, an urgent message from CEO for all DYDX users to take action to save their money.
But they did almost nothing to inform all their users.
The user's losses were their fault.
If they think that $40M in clients funds is not that much and can be sacrificed, then they should pay compensation to all victims!
In fact they forcibly closed users positions, froze users funds and increased withdrawal fees around 100x with their centralized decision without proper notification.
They have violated business rules and laws in most countries.
I can't even withdraw the rest of the funds.
They are scammers.
