We were have issues with our Tractive gps tracker. The strap holding the tracker was broken. We contacted the company and they sent us a new tracker. Our dog is very active and loves to run. She will run after rabbits and deer. It’s comforting to know of her whereabouts.

My dog lost her GPS unit. When I emailed in to see if there was any way to find it once the battery died, I found out that my subscription included a replacement unit for free. I just needed to pay the shipping. ($7.00) I also learned about the light and sound function of the unit should the new one get lost.

Bought the tracker for when we are away and our nervous dog is with the sitter. The signal is great, and the battery lasted really well because of the ‘low energy mode’

Had a bit of a wait for a new Tracker for my elderly cat who loves to wander. I had ordered a few in the past which had been delivered very quickly.
The old tracker battery was on its last legs and I was worried it would totally die before the new Tracker arrived. I contacted customer services and they responded very quickly and the new Tracker arrived very quickly. I now have a happy cat who loves his new style tracker and is currently out on his rounds on a sunny evening. Huge thanks

I’ll be honest: at first, I was a bit frustrated. I thought I was just buying the tracker itself and didn’t realize a subscription was required. I actually almost sent it back!

However, I decided to give it a try anyway, and I am so glad I did. I was so impressed with the performance and the peace of mind it gave me that I ended up buying a second one for my other dog, Leo.

Leo is a Labrador and a huge part of our family. Now, I never have to worry if he wanders out of sight; I know exactly where he is at all times. If you're on the fence about the subscription, trust me—the security of knowing your dogs are safe is worth every penny!

The app is very user friendly, once you set up power saving areas you don;t need to connect it that often.

Very pleased we chose Tractive for Jess. We live in the country with little phone connections, especially in the woods that Jess likes to escape into to chase deer and pheasants. With the Tractive we know when she has escaped and where she is. The activity tracking is also very useful to know when she is active and how much she is doing.

This is a great device. It’s a real insight into our pets welfare. I absolutely love the fact we have peace of mind and the added health benefits. So easy to fix to her collar and charges up fast too. I would definitely recommend.

The tractive tool is a very good, relaible gps, with a nice app. Easy to handle, our cat wearing all day long.

I own my second Tractive for cats—the first one my cat lost. Overall, it’s one of the best things for my peace of mind. However, the location isn’t always easy to track accurately. When we lost the first tracker, we weren’t able to find it.

One thing I would definitely improve is the sound—the beeping during search is so quiet that it can’t really be heard.

That said, I’m generally satisfied. When my cat hears the faint beeping or sees the light, she usually comes back home. It’s nice to know roughly where she is and to be alerted if she goes onto the road.

We started using Tractive after they acquired Whistle. It took a little bit but we adjusted to it. Overall it’s been a good experience. We enjoy the activity reports and have been able to leverage it to help us know when our dog wasn’t feeling like themselves and it told us about them moving around more at night. We strongly recommend using Tractive if you’re looking for a gps activity tracker.

Not only is the product awesome, but the support team have always been really helpful.

We have a wandering dog who’s been impounded 3 times for being found wandering, costing us over $1000 in fees. This has put a stop to it for now as I get notifications when she’s in outside our yard and in “no zones” my feedback would be them changing the app so that you can customize the alarm sound. I would love to set it so the tractive app notifications are an obnoxiously loud sounds so I know it’s important. Sometimes when it ls just the same sound as all other notifications it gets lost in the background. Not sure if this is an issue with the app or iPhones.

Overall a great app to keep track of your pets everyday lifestyle. Also great if your pet likes to escape for a couple hours of fun, easy to manage & track your pet. Also great customer service staff! I had 2 pets & when I explained I had to put one down after having Tractive for less than 2 months they gave me a refund for all used time in my subscription.
