Wrong tracking statement !

Tracking from eBay :

"DPD Germany reported the following about your shipment: Paket nach einem erfolglosen Zustellversuch wieder im Paketzustellzentrum. Neuer Liefertermin vereinbart.. Check with DPD Germany for additional details."

That is a lie. There has not been any failed delivery attempt. I have been at home all the time. Instead they have sent the parcel in a wrong city, like every time. They have used PostNord for final delivery and it is the worst transport company.
Let's see if I'll get the parcel in next week...

DONT TRY THEM!!!!!!

The worst..lazy employees who never reach the delivery address and claim they missed you. Do yourself a favor and don't try them!!!!!!!!!!

Failure to deliver..again and again.

Failure to deliver..on numerous occasions with different Amazon sellers with goods being returned to seller.
Courier claimed - I was not at home - incorrect address - couldn't find address.
No option on website to have goods left locally at a pick up station.
Details and records available if anyone from DPD is interested.?...I won't hold my breath.

Terible

Working from home

Working from home, waiting for a package, looking it on Live it is near me, great, then in 20 minutes later says driver did not found me at home. They are just lazy, worst delivery.

DPD germany

The worst ever ! Just don't use them ! you will regret all life ! and the worst think , by live tracking is telling you that is on the way, at the same time by mail receiving advise to be home, and by calling on phone customers service , they answer : sorry sir our car break down ! you just simply don't trust them .
My personal experience was nightmare

Just don't use DPD

Just don't use DPD, look at all the reviews below here, late, without fail, every single time,

I have yet to receive one single parcel from them that was not late or just not delivered and had to be refunded, unfortunately, like a lot of reviewers here, sometimes when buying online the only option is DPD or the seller doesn't even list them, you're only alerted after the fact.

Never again, I'll be writing to sellers in future to clarify deliver service.

terrible service

terrible service! first they told me that they would deliver between 10:20 - 11:20, then nothing happens (I was at home the whole time), then the next message is that they delivered it to the pickup parcelhop, but they don't tell which one!!! Now I have to hunt for my parcel and I don't even know where to go. => avoid dpd!

I am very disappointed because of my…

I am very disappointed because of my parcel had to be delivered on 8 of March (to Brussels) but it has not delivered yet.
I complained but there is not answer until now
It is a 3rd day that my order status is "Delivered by driver to Pickup parcelshop."

Horrible company to ship to US

I have never heard of this courier before but this shipper I purchased from used this company. I have bought so many items from overseas 2020-2021 and have had no issues or delays even with Covid but this company has had my item that I paid express shipping for stuck in customs with no communication for 15 days now sitting. It takes 10 tries just to get a hold of someone in English then when I do they tell me they have no clue where the package is and I need to contact the shipper. They are not helpful at all. Even though their website shows where my item is. The shipper has been actively involved in communication with them as well and they can’t give an est. date/time when I will receive my parcel. This is a horrible company and no one should use them to ship overseas.

Worst courier service

Worst courier service. During this COVID situation, almost everyone is staying at home and even then they will never deliver the item at home and instead drop it at a nearby pickup store. Unfortunately, some sellers chose them and we as buyers have no control over it. If possible don't use DPD at all.

Horrible service

A transport company with a horrible service, including the tracking system.
My order has been in the same status for 5 days without any additional information.
DPD services at origin (Germany) do not respond and services at destination (Portugal) claim that they do not know anything, referring the matter to the origin.
It is unfortunate what happens with some of these carriers that deceive Customers, do not meet deadlines, nor the alleged quality of services that they proclaim.

It remains for me to wait for a possible answer, or for the order to reach its destination. Otherwise, someone will have to bear the consequences and the costs, with the inherent gravity.

2 missing parcels 3rd week

we sent to packets 10 kg each on 2 of September. Until today 24th September they are trying to locate parcels ! unbelievable! with this kind of service supposed to function France's economy?

Home delivery is not home delivery

I choosed to purchase from HJH since they promised a home delivery in Sweden with DPD. It turned out to be a lie.
When asked why they answered it was because Postnord no longer make home deliveries.

Unfortunately for them I know that Postnord do make home deliveries so this is a blatant lie.

I highly recommend not to purchase anything if deliveries are through DPD.

Really really really really really bad

Really really really really really bad, I could at easily more "really"s there. They were not able to find my address, although it was correct. Then I tried to contact the support which let me wait for an hour, so they could no contact their stupid driver fast enough. DPD full of people who are not intelligent enough to bring boxes to houses

Haven't used DPD in over 5 years…

Haven't used DPD in over 5 years because of their abysmal service. Unfortunately an online shop I ordered from recently only gave DPD as delivery option, therefore I had to use them. Needless to say that I was disappointed again. I'm working from home today to make sure I receive my parcel. Checked the live tracking when the announced delivery time had passed only to find a note from the delivery guy that apparently he wasn't able to deliver my parcel. What an appalling service.

Joke of a company

Worst delivery service I've seen yet. In order to find my front door, it is unfortunately required to have 2 braincells. The DPD drivers seem to have only 1. I only rarely get packages delivered by DPD, but WHEN I'm supposed to get some, they don't arrive most of the times.
Service hotline costs something, and you always sit in a waiting loop for at least 10minutes+
My latest package was supposedly "attempted to be delivered" 4 times. I literally saw the DPD truck drive by without even stopping at my house. And then the driver has the guts to mark the package with "Attempted to deliver, but you weren't home".

worst delivery service

We didn’t have choice and we had to use DPD service again hoping they improved but they did even worst. One star is too much. Paid over £26 for just a small parcel to be delivered in 5 days but still didn’t deliver after 14 days. Emailed customer service and they always find an excuse. They just confirmed to be a terrible company. Don’t waste your money too.
