1. Incompetent Team: The team behind Trackier.com clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing. The CEO is particularly incompetent and rude, making the entire process even more frustrating.
2. Incomplete API Documentation: The API documentation is incomplete and poorly structured, making integrations a nightmare. We faced constant issues and had no proper guidance from their support team.
3. Platform Not Ready: The platform itself is far from being ready for professional use. We experienced numerous bugs and performance issues that severely impacted our operations.
4. Overpriced Services: For the subpar service and constant headaches, Trackier.com is grossly overpriced. We lost a significant amount of money trying to make this platform work for us.
5. Integration Problems: During our integration phase, there were numerous disruptions. It was clear that the system was not robust enough to handle our requirements.
6. Brands Leaving: After enduring this ordeal, I discovered that many other brands had also abandoned Trackier.com due to similar issues.
