I took my maths exam using TQUK twice and have had both attempts voided!

The second time, I made sure that the photo of my ID was clear, my headshot was clear, I did a clean room sweep, and I could see myself on camera throughout the exam.

They said the reason was 'missing desktop images' which apparently means they received no footage of me taking the exam.

I don't see how this is possible as on my end everything was working fine. So there's clearly a problem with the system they're using.

Absolute joke! I studied for 6 weeks straight and have now taken the exam TWICE, and I STILL don't have my well-earned certificate.

DO NOT use this company! Complete time wasters!

The fact that i am giving 1 star is only because i cannot leave none. My daughter is a home educated child who could not cope well with school. She did an online maths course and along with that came an online maths exam with TQUK. This should have been today. As you can imagine she has been incredibly anxious about the exam for months, we made sure that all the system requirements were in place and yet the system has failed. We had 6 login attempts all with different problems, all not down to us. The final thing was they said the camera was covered and not working which was not the case as it worked for the room sweep and the identification section and also has been working on other platforms. The exam shut down and told her she couldnt continue due to this and that was on the first question. Can you imagine how she now feels, this has totally made her stressed and anxious. I paid a lot of money for a course and exam and all that they have done is caused a meltdown for my child. Fuming doesnt even cover it!

I'm doing apprentice sponsored by the Government, meanwhile a course I had to pass English and Math exams on TQUK website. Constantly system is not working up to standards. I work at school and went to IT department to help with set up system to have a proof how bad system is being provided. We did check all required system checks and we did checked the Internet speed, all was perfect up. I did scanned my ID and did sweep room too. System stopped working after that. I backed to IT department we checked everything again and system was not working. Internet speed was perfect.
I backed home to do Math Exam meanwhile doing second part of exam it stopped working saying '' Camera has been covered we will disconnect exam''. I wasted time again.
System is RUBBISH, do not use this company. Waste of time.
