This feedback is in relation to the phone call I had today with Paula Williams DB team
This feedback is in relation to the call I had today with Paula Williams, she was more help to me in that call than I have had in the previous 3 months. She was patient and clear and took the time to go through logging on to the portal with me, when no one else has, despite having made 3 previous calls to DB.
She is an absolute credit, clearly very knowledgeable, give her a pay rise.
