Smooth process, very helpful customer service and an excellent overall buying experience

No problems - arrived on time, packed well and jigsaw as described. No reason for complaint.

1. It took three weeks to get the toy
2. I wanted to use the option "leave the package by the door". I wrote it down. There is no specific space for #door. As a result, the courier didn't leave my package and returned after correcting it. Change your form to add door#

A big thumbs up for the response from the service team when they discovered the product i had ordered was out of stock and immediately replaced it with a second option. Unfortunately it happened over the xmas period which caused a slight delay with delivery.
However, I was happy with the response from the service team and I can confirm that the product arrived a week later.

Great company to deal with, shipping does take a while, but product was worth the wait!

Spoke to a very nice girl on chat option, told her it was a Santa present- I got an email straight away with an update and each time a question was asked by me, the same lady was amazing.
I felt comfortable and reassured that they would be there at any stage. Good call!!!!

Great selection of toys not available on European market

Ordered a Xmas present for my grandkids on 3rd December on basis that it would be here by 16th. Kept checking and still on track. On 17th called them and they said it had only shipped from USA on 16th!! Do not trust what they tell you!!

Good communication, when you didn't have the preferred gun I ordered. you gave me the option to buy something similar or get a refund.
The parcel took longer than expected to arrive but I was very happy with the service and product.
My autistic son loves this gun he spends so much time loading it and firing at the targets, it helps his fine motor skills and it keeps his attention for several hours, which is amazing.

Everything was exactly as advertised and promised. Order came quite quickly and the actual product itself was far better than advertised. Really (and I mean REALLY) pleased with the product quality and content. My daughter was delighted when she got her "Young Girl's Police Uniform". Everyone has received a warning since, I personally had two fines (one for smiling) and was issued tickets whilst the dog got a warning for being off of the lead. Absolutely brilliant.

No issues. The item (board game) was exactly as advertised and reached me in excellent condition. I'm happy with the purchase. The .ch website creates the impression that the company is local to Switzerland, so I was surprised to see the package was sent from NJ, US, but it's no big deal. Considering the origin, the shipping time was reasonable.

Don't be fooled by the .se domain and the EU contact details.
They ship from the USA and you will need to pay extra import fees (which they reimbursed after I sent couple of emails).
Now I want to return the order and they give me an address in the USA and of course I need to bare the cost of the shipping.

They should clearly mention these details in their website. Had I known all of this I wouldn't have ordered from them in the first place.
Tons of other websites sell what they have locally and will gladly accept returns without so much hassle
