I bought 2 Hot Toys figures: Sam Wilson Captain America and Mantis from the Christmas Special. I received the package really quickly, within just 4 days. I only heard about this store’s website recently, so the figures that are scheduled to be released in the future I already pre-ordered from other places. However, I definitely want to order more figures through this company in the future. Thank you very much!

Amazing experience! Their customer support was super fast when I asked about shipping — they replied almost instantly. Huge variety of figures in stock, including hard-to-find ones. Shipping was insanely good, and they even sent me detailed pictures of my figure before shipping it out. Package arrived very fast, well-packed, and everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Ordered the recently released T1000 Hot Toy on Saturday 10th and it was in my hands today (Weds). Unbelievably fast delivery from China, with continuous updates via DHL worldwide. Other sites that had the figure up for preorder are still months away from sending them out. So for Toysassemble to send one out so quickly, without having had a preorder on it, is fantastic. Genuinely can't fault the experience...
To the point where I didn't want to leave a review, just incase they get too popular and the customer service starts going downhill. :)
