Update: problem solved. The customer service team has got back to me quite quickly and solved the issue. An issue happened on TikTok shop where an error occurred but still charged.

I have repeatedly contacted Toysandsea…

I have repeatedly contacted Toysandsea on money they processed for some months without my consent. The wanted me to give a 4or 5 star review to issue my full refund. When I did not review them they did not process my refund. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY

Quick response

Well I was mislead by an add and more money was taken from my account than expected. I requested refund and got an immediate response but I wont receive it for about a week. So we'll see if I get it back.

I want a refund

No I was not informed about your subscription fee and I didn’t open your website whatsoever

No I was not informed about your charges, and I didn’t ask for all of this , I originally ordered a pack of perfumes worth 39 SR, which equals 10 USD only , and I didn’t open your website from the start I pressed on the link of payment for the perfumes I mentioned earlier only and then all this money was transacted from my account, I want my refund NOW , otherwise I will make this a police case, because I’ve sent multiple e-mails and I don’t have the time to keep sending e-mails back and forth, and if I make it a police case I’ll ask for compensation also, so just send me back all the amount you substracted from me without my consent, thank you.

Could be improved

I unfortunately had a negative experience with this company they took out a membership fee i never signed up for. In order to get a refund they explained that i had to leave a positive review and i told them that i was unable to do that and since then they have consistently spammed me with emails. I think in the future this company could improve by processing refunds when they have made a mistake without stings attached and calm down with the emails and i think they will have more honest reviews

Some time ago I reviewed this company…

Some time ago I reviewed this company with only 1 star because of their tactics. This company owes me a refund from about 2-3 years ago and has told me they will only issue a refund if I remove my negative review. I refused. I then did another review and included the email from them but unfortunately Trustpilot deemed it contravened their policy and removed it. Now once again, l have been approached by Toys and Sea requesting me to remove my negative review and then they will issue my refund. Needless to say I will not remove my review and instead I’ve put this review on instead. They are clearly not a company I wish to be associated with and I feel their approach is extremely questionable.

Amazing in understanding the help which was needed!

Very helpful. Especially in refunding the funds that were part of the Internet fraudulent events, which was proven and Toys and sea assisted in helping to stop this fraud as we love and value our comfort of online shopping. This cooperation from Toys and Sea and one more company, whose websites were literally only used as baits to completely not related websites to them, luring you to shop, but only taking your money to one more new way, was all communicated to EU internet fraud Authorities and for this, I only have great respect and admiration for the Toys and Sea ENTIRE Customer Support Team. They have all made a join effort to help us resolving this without anyone being damaged and for Authorities to catch successfully the hackers who were behind this fraudulent scheme. Many thanks Toys and Sea and all the best in your business and efforts to make internet online shopping a safe, worry free experience. Kind regards, Olivera
