Does what it's supposed to...
My kid loves the device and carries it with him during any travel and it has been a bedtime companion every night. He loves bedtime stories and is now used to the toypal buddy. For now there are only limited accents on the device but hopefully they use the latest AI tools to increase the list.
Great concept, but needs more development
Although the concept is great, the packaging and heart speaker are very good, next day delivery was great, the choice of only two voices are awful. One robotic american male accent, and the other sounds like one of the chipmunks. The stories read with little personality and missing punctuation in delivery. The adverts for this were very good and I bought specifically because it said they had a British accent, which they unfortunately do not. I am hoping that they will update with more voices otherwise I don't see us using this at all.
As I say, the concept is really good, also the marketing and adverts, but it's not quite living up to their hype for me and needs further development to meet with what they are advertising.
These guys are fraud
These guys are fraud, they take your order and don't even deliver the product. automatically marks as no one was available at home and when you reach out to them via customer care email no one responds
EDIT
I've received my order and they have clarified the confusion as well, my daughter loved the product
