As bad as it can be

Not only has Toyota servicing & repairs been chaotic, shambolic and generally very bad through the years, but I can say with certainty that the people who I went to (including management) are liars, thieves & fraudsters.
In the latest episode, Toyota HQ instructed them to change a loose rear plastic air pipe under warranty after I complained.
It is loose, creaking & moaning under the driver seat.
They said they'd do it, then called me to collect it but when I checked they'd lied. I had secretly marked the part & they did absolutely nothing. The noise is also the same.
I really am finished with Toyota now. I'll be buying a different car March 2024 & will never buy Toyota again.
