this is my 3rd trade of lego sets and will be looking to do more. good price offered in initial value and confirmed when verified.
I received 1st 2 payments promptly took slightly longer for the 3rd. but as explained on website site easter break and staffing had minor delay to payment. this was not enough to delete any stars and am still delighted with service and would recommend to friends

I have used this company a few times. However the prices have dropped in what they are willing to pay, and its taking longer and longer to get feedback on products traded. I now have one outstanding trade from over a month ago and still have not recieved any kind of communication, even though i have emailed twice a week and phoned several times. They dont answer their phone at all.

The Toy Exchange website was so easy to use. When selling Lego sets you can get an instant quote by inputting the set code and a few details eg is it a complete set or has it got instructions. We were quoted fair prices for our complete sets and accepted their valuation. It was then a simple process to download and print off the free postage label. Guidelines were given of how to pack the sets and we had the money in our bank within 4 days of them receiving our lego! Obviously you will not be offered as much as if selling Lego privately (they are a business after all) but the prices seem fair and the process is so simple and stress free. As an added bonus our teen has been spending screen free time making sure that the Lego sets are complete and searching for any missing pieces before asking for an instant quote! Any queries were answered within 24 hours. Great Service.

The concept and trading process itself are good and easy to use. However, the payment for the trade took longer than expected, which was frustrating. It was difficult to get timely help or clear communication regarding the delay, which made the situation more disappointing. If the payment process were quicker and customer support more responsive, this would be a much better service.

The service was great after an issue with my order it was sorted out quickly.
