Excellent customer service from start to finish
Really impressed with this company. Communication was excellent throughout, with a lovely personal touch rather than just automated updates. Delivery was prompt, and I was kept informed every step of the way.
The product is great quality at a very reasonable price. I was also impressed by how straightforward they made the returns process if I wasn’t completely satisfied.
They genuinely seem to care about their customers and want them to be happy with their purchases. A very customer-focused company and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great value and quality & the fit on my van is first class. Customer service is second to none, I had an issue with one cover having a little bit of stitching that wasn't quite as it should be. They sent me a replacement without any fuss.

These seat covers are expensive for what they are
These seat covers are expensive for what they are. The seats are held together with Velcro. I would have thought they fitted the seat not a bit of fabric held together with Velcro. I chose this more expensive option thinking they would be a better fit. I had a cheap set from Ford on my old van and they fitted better and was still good after 7yrs
Would love to send them back but the boxes have been chucked. I was just warning people they are not are no better then prob Temu or cheap £50 seat covers

Thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear that the seat covers have not met your expectations.
Our seat covers are manufactured to balance durability, practicality, and ease of installation, which is why features such as the hook-and-loop fastenings are used to achieve a secure, adjustable fit across a range of seat shapes.
However, we appreciate that this may not align with what you were expecting.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return the seat covers to us, provided they are in as-new condition. Once received and inspected, we will be happy to process your return in line with our returns policy:
