Buyer Beware: Read the Shipping Policy. Tower Records will not meet your shipping expectations
First Time Customer. I purchased 5 vinyl records and paid for priority shipping (2 Day). When my order was not received after a week of shipping, I reached out hoping that they could at least refund me shipping fees. Foolishly, it was not until this action that I began to realize their “Shipping Policy” page attempts to absolve them of any responsibility or liability for a purchase to not arrive on time. I find it very misleading and frustrating that they offer expedited shipping but cannot provide accurate service and not only that they will not give you money back. They wipe their hands clean and remind you that this is their policy. It has been over a week and I still have no idea where my order is and felt left out to dry by Tower Records. I will not be purchasing from them again and will not be recommending them to anyone.

Shipping Methods and Time
We have a variety of shipping options available at checkout depending on your location. The shipping methods available to you and their respective costs are presented and calculated at checkout.
As stated above, the estimated shipping times that are displayed at checkout are from the point of dispatch. They are not from point of order creation.
Please note, when delivery times are given, these are unguaranteed estimates. The vast majority of orders arrive within the given timeframe. For reasons out of our control, sometimes there may be shipping delays. We aim to dispatch orders as fast as we can. From this point, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
TDLR: DO NOT try to get any expedited shipping on any order from Tower Records. They can not guarantee you will get what you pay for when you want it.
