The fitter knew his stuff and the towbar was fitted in just a cupple of hours you lost a star because I booked for the Friday which was accepted by the website so I arranged time off work and and a few outher things to happen on the same day to be call by a lovely lady to tell me thay can not make the appointment and had to reschedule for the following Thursday wich then messed up all my plans and was unable to get thing rearranged

Outstanding service from start to finish. The whole process was professional and straightforward, from ordering through the website to the fitting appointment itself. Communication was excellent, the towbar was fitted to a very high standard, and everything was clearly explained afterwards. Wayne was particularly excellent – knowledgeable, professional and a real credit to the company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a towbar fitting. A truly first-class experience.

Wayne was brilliant
Wayne was brilliant, courteous and informative, he took the time to explain the tow bar and instruct on its removal and seating. So he gets 5 well deserved stars!
The drop in stars overall pertains to the booking process. I booked a PM slot on line. I then got a call to say I had to wait a week for a PM slot, (which was surprising but doable). A phone call days later informs me I'm booked for the late morning (after 11am), which I then also agreed to after making sure I can rearrange my day. I get a email reminder two days before the fitting, the email is totally blank other than the subject header " reminder" no time or date confirmation. The morning of the fitting day a text arrived at 8:20 to say they would be with me at 8:40 which meant further changes to the morning appointments on my part.
It has felt like I've been getting push back against a PM slot with every communication. So to arrive at a morning fitting feels like a fait accompli (always gonna happen no matter what). It's bullish practice. I've had 4 bars fitted by this company, fitters have all been great, the office and management is letting the company down.
If you can set aside a whole day and be flexible about when the job starts, then consider this company. I'd forget about booking online as its useless in so far as the systems simply does not hook up to what work is actually being allocated to the fitters. And if you do book using the on-line system expect a call changing the date and time and remember I told you so.

Once fitted demonstrated that everything as it should be, Wayne was pleasant,friendly and knowledgeable and provided a perfect service.

Excellent service. The engineer was prompt, very professional and friendly. He fitted a removable tow bar to my recently purchased Mazda CX3. The bumper, which had had a slight knock and was slightly off now fits perfectly.
Thank you to the engineer and I would thoroughly recommend Towbar Express.

The fitting and the quality of the workmanship was great and the only reason I i gave only 4 stars rather than 5 is the wait for the fitting I book for a Friday and I get a phone call telling me thay could not fit me in even the the webpage granted me the Friday booking had to rearrange for the following Thursday wich was disappointing considering I booked time off work to be in for the fitter

This is how business should be conducted.
After searching for a tow bar for my Suzuki Vitara I eventually settled on Tow Bar Express. I was planning on another company but they stopped answering my emails!
I couldn't be happier with Tow Bar Express.
I made a couple of calls to the customer service centre, and I was always dealt with politely and professionally.
The tow bar fitter, Scott, arrived on time. He explained what would happen, and answered a few questions I had prior to him starting.
Scott was polite and very professional. It took him just under 2 hours to fit the tow bar. Upon completion he explained how to connect/disconnect, and checked the electrics were working. He made sure I understood how to fit/remove the tow bar.
Prior to leaving he explained the warranty on the tow bar, and the electrics.
Oh, and the tow bar is top quality :-)
