Ordered a tow bar from Towing Centres and the delivery was very quick and on time.
Sadly, our vehicle was involved in an accident shortly after, so we were no longer able to fit the tow bar and had to return it.
Despite contacting them around 3 weeks after purchase, they still refunded us in full, which we really appreciated.
Great customer service and communication — would definitely recommend.

The lighting kit I ordered at 1 p.m. was already at my doorstep by 9 a.m. the next day, and the towbar showed up by 11:30 a.m. Both items fit the van flawlessly. I'll absolutely choose this company for future needs. Much appreciated!

My Towbar arrived next day. Very speedy.
Also Excellent customer support. The wiring kit I ordered was not quite correct for my vehicle, but they were happy to diagnose the issue by WhatsApp and arrange an alternative or a refund. Highly recommended.

Great support and advice before sale. Recently ordered a Brink X5 G05 towbar form them, great support via wattsapp beforehand on hybrid fitting and advised best options as well as the ecs electronics. Delivery was prompt and efficient. Great experience and would recommend.

THEY WANT TO COPY YOUR BANK INFORMATION!
Just a warning for anyone thinking about hiring a trailer from these people...don't!
I tried to hire a trailer today, they wanted a copy of my driving licence, a copy of the V5 for the towing vehicle, a copy of my insurance for the towing vehicle, a utility bill and a £250 deposit! Although I thought this was a little over the top and far in excess of what is required by the people I usually hire from, I accepted their requirements. However, it was only when I arrived to collect the trailer did they then tell me they wanted a copy of my debit card! When I said I was uncomfortable having them copy all my bank details, including the security code, I asked to speak to the manager. He came through from the workshop, ratchet gun in hand and proceeded to tell me I had two choices, leave the details or leave the trailer. He had a very aggressive nature, was extremely rude and dismissive. I have never known anyone ask for a copy of someone's debit card previously, I'm not sure if it's actually legal to do so. Needless to say I didn't allow them to copy my card and promptly left. I for one will never go near that place again and I'll spread the word to anyone thinking about using them to steer clear. Awful business staffed by awful people!

Hello John, Thank you for the feed back, even though not totally honest, Yes you are correct on the documents required, and us taking a copy of you card, which was explained to your self, that it was kept in a locked safe, and returned straight back to your self to dispose off on the return of the trailer to destroy, it is clear you have never stayed in a hotel, or hired a car, as they swipe your card in case they need to charge you for anything after you have left or returned the vehicle.
All of this documentation is requested by our insurance company not us if you had listened instead of shouting you would have known this.
Now the bits that are not so true John as there are always two sides to every story, you came in to our store, the member of staff you spoke to told you what you needed. You asked him to check with myself the manager as you were querying it, which he did and came back to you. Then you started raising your voice demanding to speak to me as you were not happy with his answer, I then came through from the workshop carrying the hand drill I was using at the time from the job i was working on not a ratchet gun. When I came to the counter I was confronted with an angry Man shouting at my staff members and my self, the only way we could try to speak to you our self was raise my voice which you would not listen to.
Maybe these kind on bad manners work else were, we will not be bullied and followed our insurance companies policy as we always do. Would you hire a nearly £5000 trailer to some one with out the correct procedures in place? We can not afford to loose a trailer of this value, and not be able to claim on our insurance. You had a choice, you choose to not leave all of your details therefore, we could not hire you the trailer.
Fortunately we have many hires and many happy customers, with no issues, all other customers seem to understand.
Your nasty words also spreading into your feedback, speaks volumes, and the fact you only leave one star reviews for companies which any one can see!

Tow bar not fitted yet but hoping to get to it soon. Delivered promptly an appears well made, fitting looks straight forward but slight problem with seized bolts to remove bumper. Problem with car not kit.
