Towbar2U fitted a removable towbar to my Discovery Sport in September 2025.
John was polite, thorough and helpful and even sorted out a badly fitted set of mudflaps on the car for me!
I've been using the towbar for a month now and all seems well.
I recommend Towbar2U.

A swan neck bar fitted by Towbar2U on October 3rd. To my Volvo V40 hatchback with reversing sensors.

Absolutely excellent service all round. They come to your house and fit the bar. Because I had sensors, I opted for a removable swan neck.
The entire process cost me £535
Had I wanted to go with a fixed bar that would’ve been £435.

An incredible saving on some of the silly quotes that I had been given.
It was a dedicated Volvo V40 bar with an extremely high recommendation across the Internet. Obviously they would supply your own vehicles best quality bar.

I have also been fitted a 13 pin plug as part of the total price that is ideal for towing a caravan, and I have a two year warranty in the United Kingdom.

Could not have wished for better service.
It took two hours to fit and the gentleman (Neil), who fitted it had been mounting towbars for over 25 years.

Towbars2u provided an excellent service - i would recommend them to anyone. The fitter came up from Doncaster on time (Josh?) and pointed out all the issues before starting and then did an excellent job (he even refitted the bumper as a garage had not done it properly). Rebecca from Darlington was a star. I had a number of issues with the car (garage fault and a minor accident!) and she rebooked me without any complaints. Towbar works perfectly - easy to attach and remove. The electrics fold away as well. Could not ask for a better service

Great work from Martin, I had some concerns with getting the bumper cut but he managed to track down an original part with a cover that now looks great and keeps the value of the car 😃 Good quality towbar for UK standards too 👍

Had planned to take car to an installer of towbars and was quoted £550, 20 miles away in Scunthorpe A mate suggested I try Towbar2u so we rang them and was quoted £425 all supplied and fitted at my home,Josh the fitter came today and did a fantastic job first class service highly reccomend

I had an issue with agreed fitting dat. They made no fuss and changed the date at relatively short notice. John the fitter was excellent. Once fitted he clearly explained how the detatchable bar woked. Perfect gentleman and 100% proffessional 10/10

Bought the towbar for my daughter's car so had no contact with the fitter, however my daughter was pleased with the fitting, the fitter spent a couple of hours fitting it and showed her how to use and detach it. From my part, I ordered it online and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. All in all a good experience.

Had my detachable tow bar fitted today by John and must say the customer service from requesting a quote to the actual fit was first class. John took time to show me how to fit and detach the tow bar. Very satisfied would definitely use again.
