We are regular clients of To Wander The World and have booked, we think, 13 family trips over the past few years. The service is always fantastic and there is always such thought and care provided into the options sent through before booking.

This year, having her knowledge and expertise has been invaluable in the holidays we have travelled on and I felt a special mention was necessary.

Having recieved a challenging and unexpected health diagnosis at the end of 2025, Steph was on hand to provide guidance and support on insurance for a long haul Easter visit we already had booked. Post surgery, I was unsure how I may have been affected…but her knowledge of Thailand and Asia gave a calm and confident reassurance that I was in great hands. We have just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay in Khao Lak, with accommodation expertly selected in an area where everything was accessible and to the highest possible quality and standards. An unexpected hiccup from a short delay and missed connection on our outbound flight was already managed by Steph behind the scenes and upon landing in Hong Kong , we had already been allocated a same day new connection taking two flights on a different route and provided with complimentary lounge access and a new transfer to accommodation at our final destination. A stress free situation even when travelling with a young child and physical health difficulties. Her connections and experience with operators and accomodation in that area of the world simply cannot be matched.

We also booked a last minute quick sunshine break for a February half term, prior to this holiday. Again, booking through Steph rather than directly with Jet2 has meant an additional underlying level of support. Another unexpected delay on return is being managed again behind the scenes, a level of care and support that just doesn’t exist through large companies.

For my 18th birthday, I really wanted to experience a snapshot of Europe during the summer in countries I have wanted to go to for a few years. This included Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Booking this through To Wander The World meant that my journey was planned and paid for with ease. Additionally, having Steph as my travel agent meant not only did I have someone very experienced in travelling, guide, advise, and plan the best options for my holiday; it also meant I had what felt like a co-pilot to help me through any foreign problems that occurred to me whilst I was away. Steph gave me some great ideas when planning my trip and tailored my experience with the knowledge she had through her own travels. Such advice included, travel via planes and trains, travel pricing advice, accomodation advice, things to do, and reviewing the itinaries I had made, location ideas and budget friendly planning. All of which helped to create a holiday that I will forever cherish and learn from. Communication with Steph was great and she always responded to any of my queries or concerns with as much help and as swiftly as possible. Steph's hospitality is a fortune as a travel agent as I didn't even have to ask! And yet, she found and included some amazing opportunities during my trip which I will always treasure, such as: A tuscany experience where I had a day trip to three different unique locations and was toured around each ending with a unique dinner on a family farm with wine pairings, an absolutely stunning hotel location in Sorrento at a family's lemon farm, I was even able to organise a last minute trip to Pompeii while I was in Sorrento which Steph kindly helped with, affordable and lovely hotel's in Rome and Barcelona which felt like an escape from the busy cities into an oasis of calm to rest after such busy days. Furthermore, I would love to work with Steph again for my future holidays and I would always strongly reccommend To Wander The World to any of my friends and family!

Just come home from yet another fabulous holiday booked by Steph at ToWanderTheWorld. We wanted somewhere away from it all in Greece and Steph came up with Absolute Kiotari on Rhodes, and it didn’t disappoint. Amazing hotel - out the way of all the hustle and bustle and total relaxation. We were lucky enough to be able to book a room with our own private pool but if you didn’t want to do that you could either choose a room with a shared pool or book a room without a pool and use the main pool, which had adequate space around it and was quite big. The hotel was incredibly quiet and some days there was hardly anyone around. We went half board and the food was pretty good with plenty of choice for both breakfast and dinner. Lunch was served at the pool bar. The hotel staff couldn’t have done enough for you and were very friendly. Minimal entertainment but there was something on every night if you wanted it. Hotel was within walking distance to a few restaurants and supermarket. There was also a small shop attached to the hotel which had 10% discount for hotel guests. A trip into Lindos was 32 euros one way so was a bit expensive but worth doing. Thanks Steph for another great find - it was just what we wanted. We will be booking our next trip with you very soon!

If you are wanting to book a holiday without all the hassle which comes with it - then booking via "To wander the world" is the answer.
Steph has incredible understanding and knowledge of so many different countries and locations. This time we were headed to Las Vegas and wanted a hotel near to the strip but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and also wanted to visit some of the main attractions which Vegas has to offer, so we left it in Steph's capable hands to come up with something and we were not disappointed!
Firstly the hotel, we stayed at The Vdara, was exactly what we wanted, it was set back a little from the strip but was connected directly to both the Bellagio and the Cosmopolitan Hotels which provided easy access to all that the Strip had to offer. Steph also arranged for us to go and see one of the wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon, but not just see it but stand on a glass ridge 4,000 feet above it! and then to top it off we had the BEST seats booked to go and see Cirque Du Soleil an absolutely mindblowing extravaganza! We can't thank Steph enough for arranging a truly memorable holiday with top quality excursions!
But it didn't end there, we were travelling back to the UK via New York which had just been hit with a heavy storm leaving all flights coming in delayed and movements in the gates for departure. Although this was late at night in the UK, Steph was on hand to provide an ongoing commentary of when and which gate our connecting flight was leaving from, even sending a map of the airport to assist us in finding the gate quickly - we managed to catch the connecting flight with only 15 minutes to spare!
You simply don't get this level of expertise and personal service from the high street or online Travel Agents.

My husband and I booked through To Wander The World to go to Reykjavík. This is the second time we’ve booked through Steph and I have nothing but great things to say. Everything went so smoothly, from Steph checking us in for our flights, excursions including transfers all sorted, to booking us into a lovely hotel that was in the perfect location. We have just got back from an amazing trip to Iceland and New York arranged by Steph. She arranged some excursions to go on in both places which were fabulous. The Northern Lights were cancelled due to bad weather but Steph was on hand to get this rearranged for us. Our flight on our return home was delayed which affected our connecting flight back to the UK, Steph kept us up to date with all the relevant information - even though this was late at night for her, given the time difference. I’ve booked loads of holidays with Steph and will continue to do so. You don’t get this kind of customer service with a high street travel agent. Thanks again for arranging a fabulous holiday!

Booking with Steph was an absolute joy.
I gave her a brief and she came back with some great options at fantastic prices.
Everything was taken care of, I really didn't have to do anything at all, apart from relax on my holiday.
She was also great with advice, really very accommodating and helpful.

This is our second time booking with Steph. The first was our honeymoon and that was so amazing we chose to book our first holiday with our 6month old son with Steph again. Well we've just got back from another holiday booked by Steph at "To Wander the World" and once again we're delighted with the service provided. Steph is our go to resource for all our holidays due to the fantastic insight on the destinations, her attention to detail and her willingness to adapt and tailor our holidays to meet all our requirements. This latest holiday included visits to Singapore, Cambodia and Vietnam. It included multiple hotels, transfers, internal flights and an overnight cruise so there was a lot that could go wrong. Thankfully Steph got everything right throughout and the holiday went like clockwork in every respect. We've come to expect no less of Steph though and we always recommend Steph to all our friends and relatives.

I decided to book our recent holiday to Ibiza with Steph as, having worked with her prior to starting her own travel business I knew her to be a dedicated and customer focussed travel agent so I knew I could trust her with our holiday.

I had already found the hotel we wanted online which Steph matched the price of. As the room we wanted wasn’t available with Jet2 (who we were travelling with) Steph kindly contacted the hotel directly to organise an upgrade on arrival.

Even though I could have booked online, booking through Steph meant that our holiday planning was stress free and I knew if we did have any issues we had the security of booking through an agent.
