Ordered the laser desk for playstation, arrived within stated timeline and was packaged well. Did not work at first but Robert guided me through adjusting spindle and since then has worked perfectly. Top notch customer service!
My son placed an order about three weeks ago and it has not been delivered. Tracking is not available. To add, the website is totally down and has been for some time.

total scam. been 6 days with no email about tracking. as i paid alot for shipping. emailed them several times to no response at all

i have notified my bank and all over forms of payments you list on your site of the scam they are supporting.
Shop is a scam. They do not actually carry any parts to sell. No communication through emails, even though they say 24 hour response time. Absolute joke of a store.

There was a little confusion with getting tracking information, had to email and ask for it, but they said it was a blip in the system which happens i guess. got the item fine
