Tovey Bros have been our trusted funeral directors for our family for many years! We recently lost our mum and the thought of having to make all the arrangements among everything else that one needs to arrange when losing a loved one was made that little bit easier thanks to Toveys. Stacey is wonderful! She’s patient, considered, thoughtful and so very helpful. She kept in close contact throughout, made all the arrangements necessary, and even when we changed the songs last minute she managed to re-arrange the OOS prints without delay or additional cost. They have fantastic trusted partners such as printers and florist etc and we used their recommendations for ease, everything went to plan, the nice touch of a follow up call just over a week later to check in is thoughtful, along with their follow up letter offering avenues of support, cafe mornings, bereavement groups etc. A truly compassionate company, couldn’t recommend Stacey and Tovey Bros enough.

From the first time I went into Tovey’s to arrange a funeral for my dear friend, I was not only sad but very nervous. Greeted by Paul, who was so friendly & helpful. He explained the process & options open to me in a very professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble, he arranged everything together with the Church, Crematorium and reception and I was so grateful. Many thanks.

Toveys Bros were exceptional in helping me arrange my Husband's funeral my Brother's 14 months earlier. Mark supported me every step of the way the respect shown to my Husband and Brother was exceptional I cannot thank the whole team at Tovey's Npt enough for their kindness and support during a very difficult and emotional time.

Exceptional care & support provided to the family during time of my mothers passing - Paul and all the staff were first rate in terms of communication and nothing was too much trouble - eternally grateful for dignity with which they treated my mother and all her family.

It started with the receptionist who from the start was unfeeling and inconsiderate of the feeling of people who have been recently berieved. The gentleman who arranged the funeral made mistakes which made picking up my sister and myself dads ashes more upsetting and difficult then it should have been. I wouldn't recommend.
