Ordered product… order never fulfilled. Called multiple times to find out order for shafts have been on back order for months… no mention of when or how long it would take for them to fulfill order. Person I spoke with on phone also didn’t realize that this order or many other for the same shaft had been waiting for them.

I’ve placed a couple of orders with Tour Shop Fresno this year. The 1st order was very uneventful in a good way. The most recent order customer service went above and beyond in getting my order right. I pre-ordered a shaft based on the manufacturer website specs and what the manufacturer actually shipped was very different from the pre-production data given out. When the product arrived very different customer service confirmed the specs with the manufacturer and relayed the actual specs to me to make the call about the order. I’m very appreciative that they didn’t blindly ship me something dramatically different from what I expected.

I've been looking to replace the steel shafts in my irons with graphite shafts, and decided to use Aerotek steel fiber i-80 CW shafts. The problem was trying to find a complete set in one place at a reasonable price. Tour shop Fresno not only had them, they processed my order in less than 24 hours and had them on the way. To add to that, after they they processed my order and shipped them, they saw my email showing that I qualified for a military discount, and immediately refunded the difference between what I paid and what I would have paid with a military discount. Great place to shop, excellent customer service!

I reached out with a hard to find request for a golf shaft and they reached to the manufacturer to source their stock directly. Thank you to Mr. Butch who was extremely friendly and accommodating to get what I was searching for!

BUTCH,he answered all questions i had,he stayed with me on the phone till transaction was complete,this was a internet order,Butch helped me navigate the webpage this being my first order at Fresno Tour Store,Order had to be right, he said he would build the shaft the next day and he did i recieved item in 3 days the quick turn around and the care the way the shaft was shipped says alot, i ordered shafts from competitors that didnt care,

The golf shaft was as advertised. Shipping was arrived early. When I need something else I will definitely check with Tour Shop Fresno.

Tours Shop Fresno is awesome. They are responsive, knowledgeable, know golf equipment, the fitting process and what's appropriate for the individual...and their pricing is fair!!!

Though the PayPal integration on the website gave issues, I reordered using another payment method and had great service along the way. Would order from again.
