We had an amazing experience thanks to our tour guides - Simon and Austin. They were friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel cared for throughout our trip.

Fisrt,a good city pick,away from the bustling noise of a big city.Secondly,I loved the hike and the season.

Wayyyy too much driving! 15 hours on one day is way too much and totally avoidable because the drive from New Jersey is only 5 to 6 hours and not 15. The restaurant for lunch and dinner were not great and that you had to pay for the little hike in Watkins Glen State park - such a scam! Nobody checked your “ticket” the tour guide didn’t even buy a ticket some where. The Niagrafalls were awesome but we spent maybe 4 hours outside and almost the whole time in the bus. Wouldn’t recommend the tour.

It was a wonderful trip. My family enjoyed it well. Tour guide Quentin explained the details well & even provided recommendations based on his experience.

I love that they have so many different tour options. We wanted something more adventurous and they had hiking and camping tours for the Rockies that was perfect for us.

Tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. They knew what we could and couldn't accomplish in the time allotted.

The guide Gladys and driver made it really great.From start till end every activity was very well planned and implemented. The guide arrange for very good vegetarian lunch on our request.Myself and my wife enjoyed every moment of the tour. Say at Buffalo and complementary breakfast was nice. After reaching New york she helped us find the best subway station to reach our hotel.

Trip was well planned and executed as promised.
Hotels were nice and breakfast had enough items even for vegetarians like me.

Few things could have been better, like:

Instead of one long stop at Edinburg they would have given two stops, one at princess/queen's street and one more near the 360deg view point. This place was not mentioned during city tour and thanks to guide Ayla for waiting extra 10 min as I got late after visiting this!

Optional tour in Dublin was there for advance booking but it was not conducted. They would have directly asked this at the venue. My booking amount was returned without any delay though.

The breakfast pack really didn't have anything when we left very early for the ferry ride. Even the guide for the English speaking group was not there at the bus and we found him only at the dock.

Buses were big and comfortable but the rule was there that we can't bring hot food inside and the driver was adamant that even if it was just warm enough to eat directly from hand was not allowed inside.

It was my 4th trip with tours4fun and looking forward for the next one!

All the 3 tour guides were good, timing was well planned and covered all the locations. I joined the tour from 26 of Oct for 7 days. The seat of the bus was not comfortable.

Having brought us around at least three attractive locations per day to visit every day. Especially Bus captain is very friendly, very energetic, taking care the safety of the passengers and helpful as well. Hence, we have a memorable trip for everyone in our group.

1. Cover many interesting places within 4 days.
2. The drawback is we spent more times on the bus to cover many places within limited time.
3. The hotels we stayed were very clean, roomy and comfortable.
4. Lunch & dinner packages were mostly of Chinese and wish more variety.
5. I felt Wine & Ginseng making tours were more of a commercial than an actual tour.
6. Our tour guide Tom was very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable of the areas.
7. The only wish is more English content for the tour and hotels were closer to places we were visiting.

I booked a 3-day Niagara Falls tour through Tours4Fun expecting a smooth and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what was promised. The trip was poorly organized, communication was unclear, and the overall quality did not match the advertised standards.
Specific issues I encountered:

Poor Time Management – Important attractions were rushed with very little time, while less significant stops were unnecessarily prolonged.
Unprofessional Conduct – The tour guide demanded an additional $45 on the last day of the tour, which was never mentioned in the booking details.
Transportation Issues – On the final day, we were unexpectedly swapped to a different bus for the drop-off in New York, causing confusion and inconvenience.

This experience was unacceptable and did not reflect the service I paid for. I strongly urge Tours4Fun to review their processes and ensure customers receive the quality promised.

Excellently designed and well executed tour

We booked a multi-city tour of Europe. The transitions between cities and hotels were so smooth. We didn't have to figure out train tickets or anything.

I joined a group tour to New York through Philadelphia with Jupiter Legend Corp, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The itinerary was thoughtfully curated to make sure we hit all the must-see spots in New York. The walking tour was especially well guided. Our guide did a phenomenal job showing us around the city, from the Financial District to Times Square, ensuring we covered all the key landmarks. There was plenty of time for photos, and the schedule included well-timed restroom, lunch, and dinner breaks, which made the day feel seamless and enjoyable.

Our driver, Galen, was outstanding , knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. He kept us informed about every stop and potential traffic updates along the way. His driving on the superhighway was smooth and careful, and we arrived everywhere on schedule. I was also impressed by his bilingual fluency in both English and Chinese, which made communication easy and inclusive for everyone in the group.

Our accommodation was at the Holiday Inn in Newark, a bit outside New York City but a great choice nonetheless. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with twin beds that guaranteed a restful night’s sleep after a full day of exploring.

Day 2 was a smooth continuation of the experience. Starting with a Liberty Cruise and followed by more time to explore downtown New York.

Overall, this was a 10/10 tour, well-organized, engaging, and stress-free. I would highly recommend Jupiter Legend Corp to anyone looking for a well-planned, professionally managed group tour experience.
