I didn’t order but my money was cut please refund my money Order 8423553

placed an order on feb 14, 2026. at completion of order online said they would email an order confirmation number. No email ever arrived but credit card was charged the cost of the order on Feb 15. Can not follow up on order status online as I have no order number and the company is unresponsive to email requests.

I ordered something Mid January, it still hasn't arrived. They have responded to an email I sent but it wasn't very helpful. I then asked for a refund or a replacement item but now have heard nothing.

My first order has not arrived, and I have already been charged for next month.

Scam they store your payment and make an order second day of 55£ for 3 boxers snd hoddie .. they should be perscuted snd no one answer when you ask for a refund and cancelation

Charge me 52 pounds just 2 days after starting my 1 month trial period!!! Ridiculous

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Products were delivered enormously late and are completely not as described. Made of purely synthetic fibres despite being advertised as all natural.

Fast easier

Utterly outrageous that they took my money in November 25 and i am yet to receive my goods...they are not replying to e-mails, ive had no correspondence or refund...shocking customer service...stay well clear.

After I ordered and paid, I received a small free present a few days later — but that’s the only thing I got. One month later, I still haven’t received my clothes, nor a reply to my emails. Also my request for a refund has been ignored. I have had no response and no service at all.

I’m left with the impression that Tour and Tate may be handling products from overseas (China) with no real customer support — I can’t recommend buying from them.

Company is non existent. No reply to e-mails after a large order. I’m about to sue them. Let me know if interested in a class action.

I just got a offer for 3 boxer shorts then I payed 8 aed , then after 2 days they told me i bought a 60 $ sweater while I need this money it's my mother's not mine I'm very disappointed ☹️

They are thieves they have charged me 3 times for the same product and I have been sending a lot of email and not answer

Scam company!! Stay clear!! They bill you for orders you have not placed, do not ship the items and do not respond to emails!!
