I ordered a pair of pants in november and after 4 months I still haven't recieved it and they are not replying to my mails. I don't know if it is a scam or if their customer service is awful but in any case better not risk it buying from them.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Paid $120 and have not received my items. It’s been 5 months. They don’t answer customer service requests, DMs, reviews, emails, or social media comments. Seen hundreds of other reviews and disappointed customers.

Scam alert, charged 2 £ then trying to get 50£ for few day, I had to terminate the card. Luckily no money in the account but yes lost 2£ -.- nothing delivered

This seller is scammer as they take ur money and won't give u the items and luckily if you receive the item which you don't want they won't take it back and your money is gone. They won't even give you reply from thier customer support.

Bought a hoodie on the 9th February 2026 as of this review it is 14th March 2026 and I have not received the hoodie nor have I been updated on any activity

Still haven’t received my order yet since February 8th and no answer to my several emails. I can even track it with the right order number. Shouldn’t be so long. It was supposed to be delivered within 2-4 days !

Just got an order confirmation and nothing else since then

It’s a scam. I paid for a promo and later i was automatically charged 50 euros for products i never selected. Not only that, but the products that i payed but didn’t buy, never arrived. And not only that, but the refund form leads you to a non existing page. And finally, they don’t reply when you reach out to the only email contact they have.

I ordered a promotional item from Tour&Tate (underwear advertised as free with only shipping costs) and shortly afterwards noticed an attempted charge of approximately €74. It turns out the company had placed an additional order for a sweater in my name, which I never ordered or authorized.

I immediately contacted the company via email requesting cancellation and clarification, but received no response. Despite my cancellation request, the order was shipped anyway. The return form on their website does not work, so it’s impossible to return items through their system. I also sent a physical letter to their registered address, which was ignored.

This store engages in unauthorized charges, adds items to orders without consent, and ignores customer communication, making it impossible to get a refund without involving the bank. I strongly advise avoiding this store and only ordering if you are prepared to dispute charges.

I have been waiting for weeks for my order they don’t respond to queries they haven’t shared a tracking link. I’m starting to think I was scammed.

This is a scam company, wether you receive your order or not , which seem most dont , they don't reply and they use your card details to authorise other purchases, they don't respond to mails, no contact once you place the order and give them your details. A big stay away , don't be fooled by the fake reviews. I am Reporting them consumer rights org in Sweden.

I placed an order for 5months now and item has still not arrived. I followed up with email and they will never respond. Clearly fake and scam

This company is fake company they hacked my card and deducted 270 AED without my permission they steal the money and never deliver the order adding that they don’t answer any of the emails

They are scammers. I bought a very chep item and then teh nex morning i woke up to an order i hadent iven made of 400DKK.

absolute fake website. DO NOT BUY. they run promotional campaigns that are too good to be true and then never ship your product. do not buy. be aware of this fraud website. the customer service email will never reply to you. they do not have a phone number to call. total scam.

There has been automatic orders and automatic deductions from my card!!

Absolute joke of a company. Do not fall for the ads. Terrible quality. No customer service, returns go to an address in Belgium. No refunds. Small
