I ordered an extension lead to charge our new PHEV car. I saw a YouTube video review on these and ordered one. Absolutely great service came within 3 days (2 days early) very well made with top components even a fitted RCD plug, I tested the extension yesterday and it's great so much better than using an ordinary reel extension. A very good product and very quick service.

Ordered a replacement lead for our Rotospa hot tub. Arrived promptly, well packaged, and a really good quality lead - very obviously miles better than the previous lead (which nearly caused an electrical fire). Very reasonably priced and excellent communication.

Spoke to Adrian at toughleads.co.uk after being recommended by the Skoda enyaq forum, He couldn't have been anymore helpful and answered all of my questions as well as sorted me out with exactly what I needed, being registered disabled all the help I can get is really useful when it comes to help with my very first ever EV and all of the associated ies that you might need to go with it .

Got the cable today and it's excellent quality with a lovely carry case , have registered the cable with the supplier to get the warranty.

Great Product, pleased to have my remote fob for my extractor now. I was struggling with how to wire up but Adrian from Tough leads was a great help and managed to get it up and running.

Good quality product.

Bought a smart plug. Order came quickly with no issues. Only I realized the plug (shown as unbranded on the site) was slightly different than shown on the shop and I could find the same online at one third of the price. Not nice.
