NO REFUND FOR WEEKS DO NOT ORDER

Still no refund for order EU20864 although it is marked as delivered back to them days ago. Customer care doesn’t reply to multiple emails about return RMA# TM60W21R.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER! Return process is not working! You will regret ordering from them. Quality of the item was not good, so had to send it back but it is complete silence from their end despite multiple emails.

Refund due and no response!

I returned my items weeks ago, the courier confirmed delivery, and Touche Prive still hasn’t issued my refund. Customer service stopped responding entirely. After checking other reviews, I can see many customers reporting the same refund problems. I strongly recommend avoiding this company, as you risk not getting your money back.

IF YOUR REFUND IS OVERDUE and customer service isn’t responding, don’t wait and immediately request a chargeback through your bank. It’s one of the most effective ways to get your refund. And if Touché Privé gets too many chargebacks, banks can hit them with heavy fees or even cut off their ability to accept card payments.

Waiting Over 4 Months for My Refund – Still Nothing

On April 21, 2025, I placed an order from toucheprive.com for 10,096 TL. Order number: 754381. Unfortunately, the items I received did not fit me, so I returned them on April 28, 2025. The return was successfully delivered to the company, but I never received any confirmation via email or SMS.

On May 2, I contacted them via Instagram and was told that the refund would be processed within 14 days. On May 14, I followed up again and was told that my case was forwarded to the relevant department and the refund would be issued soon. On May 29, I contacted them once more, and they again promised that the refund would be made shortly and that the finance department was handling it.

Now, more than 4 months have passed, and I still have not received my refund. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a company of this size. I expect my refund to be processed immediately and warn other customers to be cautious when shopping here.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR HASSLE

I have done an order #731651 On March 22. I ordered a DENIM SHIRT in XL.
I was traveling, I came back on April 5, when I opened my kargo it had a denim pants instead of my denim shirt which i never ordered. (I attached the image of my order and the product i received)
I requested a return THEY sent me a code to my phone number.
I was forced to go to ARAS KARGO by taxi so i can return this "wrong" product sent.
I took a picture of my package which i returned (attached)
Since april 6, today 20 days, no email, no nothing about my return and i have contacted their Instagram and their customer service and ARAS for 2 weeks now.
It is so tiring that no one is doing anything. 
I need a refund of my product which i ordered and never received.
It is their duty to check the status of the return and check with ARAS cargo where the shipment is.
I went to the ARAS office twice already everytime i go they say that the order has left their facility and its on the way, and when i track it its still in same place since APRIL 8. And that there is nothing i can do about that that the buyer should handle this.
This is NOT NORMAL. 
And your reply to my emails or instagram posts is even more annoying, no update no nothing.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY NOR BUY FROM THEM. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I ordered two dresses

I ordered two dresses, and both arrived super fast! The fabric is lightweight yet high quality, and they look exactly like the pictures. Also, customer service was so nice when I asked about delivery times. My order arrived earlier than expected, highly recommend!

I had a very bad experience and I know…

I had a very bad experience and I know it's not only me! My order was missing 2 items, and I wanted to return some items, and no one came to pick them up . I have sent several emails regarding this issue. They said they would solve but I was only refunded a small amount, which is not the price of the missing items nor the items i wanted to return.
