As per our email correspondence, I have refunded your toy on this occasion. Our toys are interactive training toys and not marketed as indestructible. We are not responsible for damage caused by dogs to the products.

2nd lead purchase
A couple years ago I bought a grip lead as they had a purple option which the Julius K9 branded ones don't do. I was so pleased with the quality and it's last really well and still going strong. I just wanted to replace it with a fresher, clean one now. Thank you!

Very positive experience.
My order arrived promptly & well packaged. I ordered online so I didn't need to have any personal dealings with the company, and I knew which product to order as it was recommended by my dog's chiropractor.

Just what I needed!
Toy arrived pleasingly quickly given they are made to order. It looks robustly made - well up to coping with spaniel treatment. Toby approves, he already has a lotus treat ball and he only took a few extra seconds to work out how to extract the treat. We are looking forward to using it for real in our next Hoopers class.
