Their customer service is spot on and the boxes have been fantastic fun for our five year old.

The build activities and accompany magazine are great and we've all loved doing them together as a family.

My * loves Toucan box, I've been a subcriber for quite some time. My eldist used to look forward to receiving their monthly box as well until they became a teenager. Sad to read from an email sent from Toucan Box they are going to be discontinuing after the end of May.

My query was handled swiftly and efficiently.
Two of my granddaughters receive their monthly kits with elation and spend precious time with their Dad building, reading,colouring etc.

We've had Toucan Box delivered for two years now and my son continues to love the crafts. He regularly asks "do we have a new Toucan Box?" The crafts are age appropriate and creative. I definitely recommend this subscription for rainy (and sunny) day activities to keep little ones occupied and engaged.

The boxes have been a great buy for my nieces over the last year; my sister tells me that her girls (4&7) were really entertained and engaged by them.

The arty packs came and they were very good creative fun and were sent every month. My daughter enjoyed doing them. With easy instructions to follow.

I’ve been using these for years and now my children have sadly outgrown them. They contain everything you need and once they’ve made their creation it’s something they can then play with. Great to pack for holidays too in case there’s a rainy day.

We've had these boxes since my little boy was 3. He's always found them fun to make and play with. I'd recommend them.

Rubbish can’t believe how terrible this is and too embarrassing to give to a child as it looks like something from the £££ shop

I bought a toucanbox on the French website, but i am still waiting for the confirmation email.
Secondly, when i want to create my customer account, it doesn't work, so i can't follow the shipping.
Then, i sent an email but i have no response from the customer service.
However you took correctly the 214,80€ from my bank account...

Amazing activities which is age related, good variety and so much fun for my 3 year old to do.

I think this company is a bit sneaky when it comes to a subscription. I went to cancel mine but it ‘failed’ and continued. I was then charged on two further occasions before I noticed and complained. Not impressed

My daughter is always so excited when her craft box from toucan box arrives.
The activities keep her happy and busy and she proudly displays what she has made.

Lovely little packages delivered monthly.
Excellent for younger children. They'll be entertained and get to be creative. So much in the package and excellent value for money.

Amazing company, the boxes are incredible but customer service always great and they’re always on hand for questions. The kids love these boxes, would recommend to all.
