Exceptional quality, Plus size friendly…

I bought this bracelet for my youngest daughter so she could stay in better touch with her much older sibilings. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the item and the quick shipping. I received my order 6 days after I placed it. I cannot say enough about the quality of this bracelet, the band is made of sturdy , soft and smooth material, all the metal pieces are beautifully made, and the clasp is nice and tight. It is adjustable from very small to very large ( I have a large wrist and it fit mine with a bit of slack) very easy to set up.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My twin girls wanted to buy eachother a I miss you bracelet for their birthday. Due to their age they do not have card so paid me and used mine. Over £100 in total. The parcel was apparently delivered to the inside of my bin is cannot confirm it was my bin as the picture was the inside of my bin. The parcel was not their it was reported to totwoo. They told me I needed to CALL royal mail even supplied the number. Asked for a certificate form them they do not do. But gave them the claim reference. Back and forth now for 1month and they are refusing to give a refund despite being sent communications from royal mail confirming item being reported missing, despite royal mail themselves contacting them to say they are giving wrong information and despite the loss having been reported to the police. Absolutely disgusting company. They have been told by royal mail they can claim for the parcel but are still talking about how if they refund me they are out of pocket. Do not touch this company they are thieves

Paid through paypal to keep a piece of…

Paid through paypal to keep a piece of mind. Paid addition expedited fee. Heard nothing from them for weeks until I requested a refund. At the same time I opened a dispute through paypal. They now refuse to refund unless I close the dispute. They want it vlised due to poor website reviews. If you're aware of paypal once you close a dispute they will not reopen it. So the battle shall go on. Keep your money not worth the hassle of reading and writing the same email to them for weeks now.

I placed my order in November it's now january!!!!!!!

I placed my order in November thinking my gift for someone would come on time by Christmas and so now i have not received it still!!!!!!. Now it's January. When u go to ur email the store linie aka(totwoo) it goes to spam and u have to un spam register it, then when you reach out to customer service at the bottom of the page theres no email, no phone number no direct contact information and if u look for reviews on their direct page it shows error code messages when u select reviews. So if u go to internet search directly you can apparently find reviews so I'm placing my horrible experience here....I spent almost $30..... just to for nothing literally not a package and when u look at the updates for arrival the first few days it updates but nvr ships days package waiting to be picked up by handler, I need my money back or the package or some out come this is horrible, I only wrote a review because I see that the ones here get responses to from the company unless there on auto response.

Amazing necklace

I bought two necklaces and they work amazing, I’m from Mexico and the only disappointing thing is that it took more time than the spectated, they said 7-10 days and it arrived like 15 or more days.

I talked to them on WhatsApp and it’s faster than email.

I feel my battery the same with the necklace

Very disappointed!

Well we were excited when our bracelets arrived Thursday, 8/29. Today is Saturday, 8/31. We immediately put them on and read the directions. We turned on our location, Bluetooth, installed the app and provided some basic information. Well, on day 1, Thursday, we noticed that the bracelets were hardly ever connected, we had to open the app to reconnect often. Day 2, Friday, phone battery drained very quickly, due to the fact that Bluetooth and location had to constantly be on in order to use the bracelets. Day 3, Saturday 9am phone was at 100%. By 9pm, phone was at 8%. My battery never drained like that! They're very cute and a good idea, but don't waste your money! And I guess you should read the return policy before you buy because the item must be unused and in the exact same condition you bought it in. Then you have to pay for shipping and they charge a 15-35% restocking fee. By the time all is said and done you'll probably only get half of your money back. Imo don't buy it in the first place!
