Great customer service and found a perfect solution based on the brief provided. 2nd time we have used TT.

We had the most trouble free experience from the first contact with Deborah to the day we came back from our holiday. Everything was taken care of, nothing was a problem - talking on a weekend, dealing with a broken door in the hotel, choosing the best airport/time/airline to please my picky partner. We even had a room upgrade but not sure it happens every time. Great service and I am looking forward to using Tots too again.

We have had the pleasure of booking through Tots Too for a number of years and the service has been exemplary on every occasion. Deborah has always offered excellent advice in relation to destinations and hotels which would work for our family and as she has got to know us better, has tailored that to suit us even better. Through Covid and subsequently having booked our holiday in January 2020 we finally made it to Dubrovnik in July 2022. Throughout this time TOTS TOO kept me informed and made checks with the Hotel on my behalf.

Quick, useful and helpful - a great service

Essential Escapes really understood what we were after when we started looking at the Maldives for Xmas, which in itself was quite overwhelming - thanks to Deborah (Director and Founder) who absolutely nailed it for us on so many levels.
From the point of booking, Tots Too have been completely on the ball and have been integral in making our holiday the smooth and fantastic experience it was.
The team were on it in terms of administration, quick responses to queries, helping us with changes of flights and extra days whilst we were on holiday, preparing us and offering us compliemtary airport meet and greet service at either end of our holiday; and just being extremely lovely and helpful to deal with in person. Thank you Deborah and your wonderful team for all your work in making our amazing holiday so special and...easy!
