As much as I wanted reusable nappies to be a sustainable solution, TotsBots unfortunately isn't. For a few reasons, first and foremost they leak. A lot and always making the little one wake up in the middle of the night all wet which rarely happened with non-reusable nappies. I contacted TotsBots to see if maybe that was a commun issue they could advise on some tips but never heard back.
Secondly I question how better for the environnement they really are cause the amount of water needed to pre-wash (clearly you can't put them directly in the washing machine soiled) plus washing at 60 degres every 2-3 days, is it really a more sustainable solution?
Last but not least, they take a lot more time to clean up which frankly I don't have so sadly I'm walking away from the product disappointed.

We bought a few items from Tot Bots. The delivery and service were excellent. Unfortunately the biodegradable nappy liners gave my son nappy rash - liquid doesn't appear to go through/isn't soaked away so we've swapped to adding another insert.
The bucket is great but the mesh bag is too elasticated. Unlike others I've used the wipes and nappies don't come out in the washing machine. It's a total pain to have to pull them all out.

These stretch night nappies r the best by far I have bought I have a few other brands of night nappies and got to say the quality for these tots bots are 1000 times better im definitely going to get more of these when I can afford it and ditch the other brands

I love TotsBots nappies, we started with the Bamboozles for night time and I was so impressed I bought some of the day time Bamboozle pads too. Loving them!

Swim nappy (size 1) fits my baby in clothes size 3-6 months well. The pattern is lovely and the material dried quickly. No poop during use so can't comment on leaks

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with courier service, not tots bots. But TB were amazing and sorted the issues right away. Friendly staff and quick replies to problems. Fabulous nappies, AIO and bamboozle pads/stretch are our go to cloth bum. Love the prints and the absorbency is second to none. Have a 4 month old, never had any leaks.

Everything has been great from a service stand point. The nappies themselves are great, we have a mix of the wraps and all in ones and haven’t had any leaks or issues with either. Come out great in the wash as well. Would definitely recommend if you’re thinking of reusables.

I love their nappies. Their bamboozles are really the best. Soft nappies that can keep up with a heavy wetter. The only criticism I have is that their wraps do jot always fully fit over the nappies. So I would rather buy another brand wrap.

I have been a customer since the very beginning ( my eldest is 20 ) tots bots have always been my favourite .

Nappies smell a little of urine even after washing but I’m sure that is the same with all reusables. However I have tried other reusables and they are nowhere as good as totbots. I have used other disposable liners before and made my baby girl really sore but not the totbot ones. The ‘poop catcher’ (own words) really work. Wasn’t sure about ordering these liners due to past experience and so I sent query on the online live help on website and I had an immediate response which actually amazed me! Thanks totsbots. Gorgeous designs as well

Simply the best cloth nappies on the market :)

Great service. Swim nappies arrived quickly. So soft and thick. Washed very well. I like the fact that they fasten at the hips like a real nappy - any dirty nappies are much easier to change. Very sturdy and snug round the legs and waist meaning absolutely no leaks. We went swimming with 100% confidence. Wet bag came in very handy at the beach. Would highly recommend to others.

Quick delivery and good products. Purchased a trial pack - found the velcro on the wrap and all in one to be a bit stiff which rubbed on my little ones belly when sitting up. Using the bamboozle stretch at night which is great so far.
